“I dealt with Olivia who was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. We wanted a few changes which she handled with ease and nothing was too much trouble. We have used a couple of other cruise companies previously but Rol is a league above.”

“Rachel helped us with making ‘a last -minute booking’ - I think there was just a room left on the lower deck and one on the middle deck as it was just three months before the start of the river cruising. She also managed to book us a flight from Birmingham to Budapest, via Amsterdam, saving us from having to travel to London. Rachel phoned us back when she had made all the investigations. All-in-all, Rachel provided an excellent customer service.”
