“i BOOKED MY CRUISE WITH jOE WHO WAS SO FRIENDLY AND VERY EFFICIENT OBVIOUSLY WELL EX[ERIENCED. MY ONLY DISAPPOINTMENT WAS THE VERY LOW ON-BOARD SPEND GRANTED ESPECIALLY WITH IT BEING A 35 NIGHY CRUISE”

“Quick to answer the phone and then through to a friendly advisor who helped me pick the perfect cabin. Nothing was too much trouble and as I signed up to their loyalty scheme I managed to get money off of my booking too! I couldn’t fault ROL and I will definitely be making my future bookings with them”

“We were supposed to fly from Manchester to Heathrow then Miami stay overnight in hotel and transfer to cruise ship the following morning. Instead we ended up flying to Mexico city then to Miami arriving the following day flying for over 24 hours. No apology or help we lost our luggage didn't use the hotel and had to pay 104 dollars for transfer to Fort Lauderdale”
