“Email update on delayed order was much appreciated (delay with supplier, so not RRG). Items arrived exactly as described with accurate courier tracking. Would use again.”

“Great prices and product. Quick delivery. Instructions needed to be clearer and more detailed but that is to do with the product and not the store.”

“Product is very good, and has the slight curve that I was after, even though RoofRacks thought it was straight. Everything was in the kit except the torque screwdriver shown in the manual. The assembly diagrams are fine, but the actual installation needs a finger tight assembly, then adjustments on the roof rails, before final tightening.”

“I ordered parts for a Thule bike rack. The parts were easy to find on their site, and reasonably priced. They were shipped quickly, and should arrive today according to Aus post.”
