“I order from roofing megastore on the 01/07-2021 and it was going to take 3-5 days, i was told it would be here on 13/07/2021 - 15/07/2021 i called them on the 13th to check what day it was coming and i was told it would be the 16th and i called on the 16th to check it was coming and i was told it would be 2/3 day's before it would be with me and in the end it come on the 23/07/2021 after I had a number of email from them and i told them i did not need it and i would like my money back and they told me they can not stop it be delivered now this was before the day off delivery. I open it and it was Damage, roofing megastore would not give me any money off so PayPal help me out.

“Shocking, simply shocking, do not use these people no matter what. I ordered 3 translucent roofing sheet which were delivered only to find that they were distorted and damaged. Roofing megastore told me, when I complained, that I must have stored them in the sun and they had become hot and that had lead to the the distortion. THEY ARE ROOFING SHEETS, THEY ARE DESIGN AND WARRENTIED TO BE IN THE SUN FOR 15 YEARS ! .... simple do use these people”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I do not usually write reviews but I so appalled by the way i have been treated by this company that I need to write this review and happy for them to respond if I am incorrect with any information.
I ordered roofing products and was given a date where delivery would be made. This date approached and no communication so called and was then informed they could not deliver till after the date promised. A new date was arranged but again failed to deliver with no communication. I called again and was blamed on their deliver company and "not their issue". I had to cancel my client for 2nd time who was not happy and promised a new delivery date. Guess what; again no delivery and no communication. I asked to speak to a manager and none available and no call back received. I final delivery date was scheduled but only at this point advised that they did not have 2 of the products in stock to send me which were vital. By this time I was in discussion with Manager Alison. She promised the delivery and a separate delivery of the missing parts which she had managed to find. The 1st delivery arrived and was witnessed to be thrown on the ground from an unmarked van causing lot of damage to the roofing. In addition the driver delivered only 2 of the 3 parcels clearly marked on his van. This was reported to the Manager Alision who ask to send her photos of the damage which I did. I gave the company the opportunity to deliver the missing package but after a number of days this never happened so I had to sourse the items elsewhere and make a 50 mile round trip to get them so I could complete the clients job who by this time had threatenedto cancel his job with me an I had to give him a discount. I gave the company the opportunity to investigate all of these matters but still weeks on I still have no refund for the missing items never delivered and the only thing offered by this companies director was was a bit of discount on a future order. Totally disgusted by the whole situation. If you use them you have been warned.”
“I have recently purchased roofing from roofing megastore and concur with other poor reviews.
I ordered the product with ease and it was delivered in reason time. That's where the good ends.
The driver arrived, he didn't knock the door. I was in and working in my home office only to watch him quite literally throw the roofing on its end against the house wall. Before I could get out the door he was off. Due to other issues (working from home, renovating house, kids) my mistake was not checking my product within 48 hours. My mistake and i totally take this on board.
What I think is extremely poor is that I contacted the Company and explained how it was delivered, I was told they will do nothing. No apologies, or, sorry to hear this but policy stipulates we can't help.
I again highlighted the driver issue and the poor 'we don't give a damn' attitude only to receive a copied and pasted 48hr check your product guidance. Which just highlighted how poorly customers are dealt with.
Sadly they are quick to take your money, but customer care is quite frankly horrendous. They maybe slightly cheaper than most, but as always there is usually a reason. Any problems won't be dealt with. I
I usually prefer to give the Company chance to deal with it, but as it only got worse, I felt it necessary to pass on my experiences so others can decide for themselves.
Any feedback given (the driver), will just be ignored. If they don't listen to customers they will never improve services or ratings.
Be warned, any issues or after care will be ignored.

“Worst company ever - Advertised roof tile product, manufacturer had increased price, placed minimum number of tiles and placed £ 160 admin charge. Tiles costing £70 plus £100 delivery charge would now charge £650.
Did not help - Rip off company that fraudulently advertise. Reported them to Trading Standard”
“Ordered goods, claimed they are in stock, expected delivery by 21st December, told now 18th January. Collection is refused, my own courier is refused, refund is refused. Now looking at various review sites, multiple complaints, many like myself waiting for goods, some are taking legal action, watchdog, trading standards, I will have to do the same.”
“Ordered insulation online from Ireland. Your store took my money and a day or two later you advised me that Roofing Megastore do not deliver to Ireland. After waiting for my refund I had to email and ring up to chase my refund. Your store kept my refund for 2 weeks and kept fobbing me off with excuses. I had to get Visa involved in a charge back before I got my money back. I advise anyone to stay well clear of this store.”
