After waiting over 50 days and several phone calls/emails, Roofing Megastore keep telling me that they will get back to me, that I will only be entitled to partial refund as my order is being custom cut even though the sheets I ordered are full size (uncut) and that my order is being processed. So how can they charge for custom cutting of full sized sheets on an order that is still being processed??? I gave up with their constant lies and have asked PayPal to step in and recover my money in full. Avoid these LYING SCUM at all costs!! Although they are one of the cheapest, it’s no good if you never receive your goods.
