“Excellent service, very speedy turnaround. this is the second time we've used Ross Watch repair. my wife was incredibly happy with how much the watch looked like new having had it repaired and cleaned - not very often i say it... BIG WELL DONE”

“RWR made a much loved but battery leak damaged watch as good as new! Regularly emailed me with progress and for authorisation and didn’t charge me until I had received my repaired watch. I thoroughly recommend this excellent, efficient, polite and helpful company.”

“Very positive experience overall: went there to have battery replacement / general maintenance, they said 45 mins and it was all done in 40, so quite happy with that. Also the person there was very helpful and polite (which helps a lot). I'd remove half a start due to prices being on the expensive side (although I'm not an expert in the field). At the end of the day recommended.”

“Efficient expert service from RW Repairs in The Glades Bromley. Called in advance to check waiting times and was advised on the next time to attend to avoid a long wait. Dropped two watches off for new batteries plus a clean and reseal for my Tag H. Went shopping and returned in 45 mins - everything was ready and waiting just as promised. Perfect service. Thank you!”
