“Customer service was great. I purchased an item and had it sent to an address other than my home address and it didn’t have the house number on it. It got lost. I contacted the post office to have it tracked down, but they couldn’t find it. After getting in touch with Rotita several times, they offered to send me another one. I am so pleased with them for doing this. They went above my expectations. I haven’t received my item yet, but will in a few days. Thank you Rotita!!”
“Lack of communication on the company’s part. Ordered items for a holiday. Took over a month for them to ship the items. Items that I ordered said they were in stock but when ordered and paid for. The items weren’t available. I’ve ordered from them before and was disappointed. So shame on me for giving them another chance. Will not order from them again.”
