“I have placed two orders with Rotita. The first one was fine - it arrived within the estimated date and the products generally fit. The second order has been a nightmare. It was placed on April 1, supposed to ship by April 5. Then it was April 11. Then April 30. It's now May 5 and it still hasn't even shipped yet. I've had multiple email exchanges with customer service and all they can do is 'urge shipment'. I'm so disappointed. I wouldn't order again.”
“Please please avoid this company with everything you have. I ordered a dress two months ago which was too big I returned the dress for a smaller size . I received it but it was soaked with perfume and with deodorant stains under the arms . I immediately returned the dress for a refund and it’s been four weeks and I still don’t have my money first I was told 7 business days I waited 8 days no money then I was told 3 business days no money then by the end of the day Friday so I waited until Saturday to check my account no money and last I was told again 3 business day it now been 4 days still no money. Still waiting Do not I repeat do not buy anything from this company.oh and been trying for three days to get into my account it’s saying system busy”
“I am writing a review because I am a very dissatisfied customer, I made a order on march 27, it is now April 29, I still have not got the order. This is order for a vacation I am going on in 2 weeks. I had a live chat on or around April 14 and was told I would have the order by April 25, did not get it, I had a live chat today and I am being told May 6 now, that is a week before I go on vacation, I order a bath suit and 1 outfit total cost $118. So now do I wait or start looking for a bath suit for my trip?. I highly recommended if your going to order from this company give your self 6 to 8 weeks before your going to need it.”

I never got any correspondence about my dress until it was delivered on April 14th. Today is April 16th and her dress is still not here! I would've expedited shipping but it was over $40. On top of that, my dress is too big and I ordered true to size. AND they are charging me s $9.99 fee to return it. I'll never order from this company again!”
“The quality of 2 out 3 shirts I purchased was poor. The company bared no responsibility for sending out a blouse that had material that was completely see through. Charged me $10 in shipping to return it, no matter what the problem was. The blouse weighed 2-3 oz. For some reason their website shows only positive reviews. If I had seen this company site, would not have ordered from them.”
“I’m wondering if this company is legitimate. I ordered a top and the quality was very poor. They don’t inform you that their returns have to be sent to the USA - so to track the parcel would have cost me half of the original price for the garment. So I sent it by the cheapest mail (£6) and the package was returned to me destroyed. - it looked like it had been melted. So I spent nearly £30 on an item I didn’t keep. I won’t buy from there again.”
“I ordered my stuff March 20. I paid for express shipping. Then I got a notice saying there was a delay in shipping due to a mother's day sale. The latest it was to arrive was March 13. They call this express shipping what a joke. Last time I order from this company ever. Oh and due to this huge sale why they cannot send my stuff. Instead of reimbursement of my express shipping payment, they gave me a 20% coupon. What a joke”

Eventually got a reply and they said I was too late to send back. I would be embarrassed to sell these dresses or give them to anyone so they will be going in the bin. Very disappointed. “Bought swimsuits. Sizing in the tops are wrong. My breasts do not work in the small removable cups that the company puts in the bathing suit tops. Poorly made. The website pictures look different from the product as well. I will not be ordering from Rotita anytime soon because I feel mislead.”

“Horrible on line business. Their return policy very awful. When I purchased the item, I paid for the shipping. After receiving the item I found out the quality of the material poor and the design doesn't match with the advertising picture. For this reason, I had to pay for the return shipping. When they made the return they deducted the initial shipping cost which I did pay. I found it to be very disappointing and urge to think twice before you make with them. I have informed my family and friends not to make businesses with Rotita.”
“I received the item. It did not fit. They do not provide return info with the item, you need to request it via email. Even then, it does not come right away. It's supposed to come sometime and you have to keep checking. Mine never came. I watched for it. I later ask about it and they say now it's too late and showed me a cut and paste of the "email" they sent me. I sorted all emails from them and I did not have it. I sent all to them saying they never sent it. They will not make an exception and tell me too bad. They have they WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RETURN POLICY & PROCEDURE.”
