When I track it, it says it's in Los Angeles, but it's been there since Dec 1st and there have been no updates as to where it is. When I contacted customer service a week ago, all they could give me was the information I already had.”

“I bought 1 Christmas too that was to big so I ordered another in a smaller size 14 days later. Both tops arrived in a timely manner. There was no paper work in the packaging to ship the other top back for credit. Both tops were shipped from New York , 2 different addresses. The top does not look like the picture, but will serve its purpose. I would not purchase from this company again. Upon receiving my credit card bill I was charged for 3 tops. I have called my credit card company to dispute the extra charge. I believe the merchandise is shipped from China and repackaged with a New York address. Very shady, learned my lesson. Because of the over charge and merchandise looked different and no way to call a customer service number no paperwork I gave them a low rating”

Pictures of their goods are fantastic but after seeing them in person, they couldn't be considered as anything but waste. Size, fit, and quality aren't worth donating to a thrift store. If I hadn't used Paypal I never would have got any money back! Even then, I ended up paying my own shipping back to an address in New Jersey. The company tried to say the items were used and damaged to get out of returning my money, but they were still in original packaging.
My experience with Rotita changed my shopping habits forever! If a company doesn't have a phone number and a physical address I will never order from them, no matter what their pictures look like”

Dress marked as £31, ended up spending over £40 to get it delivered.
I received my dress and it wasn't as I expected at all! Cheap material, no shape to it at all.. I was definitely not going to wear it.
You have to wait for the item to be marked as "Recieved" or "Delivered" before you are able to go through the refund progress, the order status remained at "Shipped" for several days so had to keep checking, and then after about a week it was in the right status for me to start the refund.
Refund is only accepted for up to 30 days following the delivery of your order. They had marked the delivery date down as the actual date I received it, not from the date they marked it as complete on the order status.
They want YOU to pay for the shipping back to them, even though they charged a lot extra for it to be shipped to me in the first place, and they make a point of advising we will only be refunded for the item cost itself. So I'm down £10 already.
The return address is in America, even though I was using the UK website, plus they only accept the refund if you send it to them via tracked delivery. Took it to the post office; Tracked delivery is £18, tracked and signed for £25.
If I was to go ahead with this refund, I would have spent around £65 and only got £31 in return. What's the point? I guess this is how they make money!!

“I placed an order with this company and my credit card was immediately charged. More than 3 weeks later I do not have the product and the company can provide no update on when the item will be shipped.
If you value your dollar use a company in the US as the repeated responses to my emails say the same thing "we appreciate your patience" but still no updates based on the tracking number.
Of course they cannot cancel and refund my money because they say the shipping is in process but the shipping tracking number hasn't been updated in over 3 weeks.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY on a company that cannot provide the items they have been for to deliver.

The cost to me was not worth returning, 1 item £16 by airmail, that's without tracking which is required to get a refund! Will sell item myself. Cannot risk recommending in case you have to return.”
