“When I ordered the clothing items from Rosita.com, it said returns could easily be made and would be accepted within 30 days of my receipt of items. There were no restrictions listed on the items page. When I received the clothing items, they just were not great quality and did not fit well. When I went to inquire about returning the items, it said ONLY 2 of several items were eligible for return. I immediately went back and looked at the page where I initially saw and ordered the product. It gave absolutely NO indication that item could not be returned - nor were any exemptions listed or restrictions. It said it COULD be returned within 30 days. What a mess and not very honest dealings. I truly hope this helps someone else not make the same mistake. Save your money and time and shop elsewhere - not from Rostita.com. : / Btw, I generally find very good quality and even better pricing on clothing from JCPenney. The Liz Claiborne brand is fantastic and a great value & quality - especially on sale.”

“This is one of those scam clothing companies. Super disappointed with everything I ordered-2 summer jumpsuits, 3 tops and a pair of jeans. The jumpsuits and one top look nothing like what I ordered, and the fabric is cheap polyester, and too big to even wear. The jeans are large but fit like a 6. The two other tops are cheap tshirt material. Final words-not worth the money or wait. Looking into a refund on 4 out of 6 items purchased.”
“I have ordered a few things from this company. The first time I did not like anything so they let me keep it at a discounted price. I ordered again and it took forever to get here, and was not that impressed. The last time ordered I wanted to return one item, but this has been a nightmare, not to mention having to pay for shipping and getting inaccurate information on how to return it. Also, if you live in Canada, you need to return it to the US and Canada Post will not accept the parcel unless you fill out a customs form online first. I am so frustrated with this return that I will just keep it and probably never wear it. The reviews are accurate in saying that 99% of what is shown on their website does not look the same when you get it and many of the products are cheaply made. I will never order from them again and I told them this.”

I got what I paid for unfortunately and threw them in the drawer to only wear in my backyard at my personal pool. Will not make the mistake again. “Do not buy from this company unless you are prepared for a lot of heartache and stress. Their clothes look so lovely in the pictures but they are not! They are cheap and nasty compared to what the pictures show. The worst thing is then they will not pay return postage even if they are faulty and return tracking postage to USA is expensive so this deters you from returning the clothes. I returned mine and know they received them but have not had any money back. Luckily for me, I used PayPal and they paid ÂŁ15 towards postage and eventually agreed to give me all my money back. Never again will I order from a company abroad! Please, please donât waste your money on this company.!!”
