“I ordered 400.00 Dollars of merchandise and never recieved anything.I ordered from them over a year ago.They were so quick to take the money out really fast out of my bank.I have tried relentlessly to get in touch to get my refund from them and to no avail. This company is such a SCAM!!!! Please don't order from there and loose your hard earned money. I'm so traumatized from that experience I know have to look up almost all those types of online companies to see if they are legitimate.Like I said BEWARE of them and there Sister Sites too MODILY and a few others.”
“I bought 3 Christmas tops for my sisters. They did not like the material it was made of so they asked if I could send back or exchange. Well, since I just got them all back (due to CoViD travel) so I can send back for refund/exchange, now. The company is telling me it’s been too long so I can’t have refund or exchange! Ridiculous! It was not revealed that this is a Chinese company until after ordering who are notorious for clothing running small, poor quality, and tacking on unauthorized and unexplained fees to purchases with no recourse. I ordered a Christmas themed sweater that won't arrive (if it arrives) until January 1 which was not revealed until after purchase and no way to cancel the order. Stay away from Rotita. They are a bate and switch thieves with no costomer service. lesson learned. STAY AWAY FROM ROTITA.”

“Worst place ever to try and return items. They sent me 3 of the same bathing suits ( I ordered 1) and charged me for all of them. When I went to return them they tell me parts are missing. This is not the only time I have had problems. I STRONGLY recommend not ordering anything from Rotita.
