“Purchased three blouses, which was delivered faster than time they said. Sizes were wrong and very poor Quality. Requested a return and was sent a label. Received an email stating the blouses were stained, which is not correct. Responded to email to let them know , that when they were shipped there was no stains at all on any of them. It has been a month and have not received an email nor my refund. I should have went with my gut and not ordered from this Company. Very disappointed.”
“Please know that you are dealing with a Chinese company. They are scammers. I ordered 2 bathing suits in May. Do yourself a favor and file a complaint with your credit card company. I have done this today with all of my emails of trying to get refund.”

“These people are good at taking orders and getting paid but apparently don't believe in delivery. Ordered in Feb. No delivery as of late July. Last contact I made in mid July was told order was in LA give it a few more days. Tracking still shows it in China.”

It's coming from Shanghai so it does take a few weeks, but I expected that.
Note, Chinese ladies are shorter and not as fat as American ladies so I'm 5'9 and 150# so even though the first 3 ordered were L, I ordered XL so they were a flower, looser fit.

Rotita only has a script when they respond to you so nothing gets resolved. They also delete bad ratings on their website. I do like the shirt I purchased but will not be doing any further business with them.”

They are REFUSING to give any form of reimbursement for return I had to pay for in addition to the fact they require a tracking number. They NOW have a different way of doing returns. But the following is what pops up when you request a return. But they will not honor giving you a refund for shipping. YET, because of the tracking number, it cost me $14.90. But they won't even honor the $7.99. I have the scanned image to prove it and sent it to them too. But to no avail.

“These clothes look nice in photos, but are actually terrible quality. I ordered several tops--some had badly mis-aligned buttons or mismatched fabrics. Others were too small, although all items were supposed to be the same size. Then it was a big hassle to return them--Rotita required photos of my items before they would give me the return address. The return postage was more than $20--a huge waste of my money and time for items that were completely unwearable.”

“Ordered in April and still have not received my products. They issue a shipping label and tracking number right away and charge your credit card but you will never receive anything. I've had two responses from them where they asked for more time and re-issued new tracking information again. I've disputed this with my credit card company. These people are CROOKS!”
