I wish I would’ve read the reviews first. My order was suppose to be delivered May 2nd - 13th. I’ll never order from them again.

“Don't waste your time or money! I ordered three items. One was a tunic top. Ran really small and was long enough to be a knee length dress (Gave it away). One was a Fleece zip front pull-over. When I put it on, there was a hole along the seam of the arm and the chest. The one on the chest I noticed first, and thought; oh that's a simple fix. Then I noticed the arm, as it began at the top of the shoulder and ran all the way toward the back to the arm pit!! Half of the sleeve! The third piece was a dress, that looks NOTHING like the photo, other than the color. The fabric is cheap, the fit is horrible (it looks like a rectangle) and was supposed to be an empire waist and it looks a wrinkled mess. The process to return would have just cost more time and money, with me fronting the cost. I figured I had already lost enough. The photos that they show are SUPER CUTE CLOTHES!! Where do I find those clothes from a reputable retailer, and not these rags that I was sent??”
“Rotita's swimsuits are great and you can't beat the price. The only problem I ran into was when I received a shirt that was too small (obviously their size chart was inaccurate) When I chatted online with one of their sales associates, I was told to send the shirt back to them and then it would be my responsibility to get in touch with them again to initiate a refund or exchange. Something is truly fishy with that process. I don't want to spend money on shipping the item back only to have them tell me they never received it. I'm just going to keep the shirt and chalk this up to experience. BYW, the deliver was really late but it wasn't Rotita's fault. Shipping companies have been bogged down because of the COVID-19 outbreak.”

“I bought a lot of stuff from their website because I wanted to try them on and then return if I didn't like them. They have a 30 days return policy so I thought that would be no problem. The items got a long time to arrive, which was a bit frustrating. I had no idea it came from China. When I finally got the items I decided to return most of them. And then I started getting emails saying there were issues with the returned items. That they didn't match the description, items were used or damaged, all kind of weird stuff. So I went online to find out more about the company and I run into all these reviews complaining about Rotita charging for items never received or never reimbursing returns. I was sure I was going to be one of those cases (which was more than $300 for me). I was about to accept my loss when I get an email saying they had processed my return and reimbursed all my money. They also asked for a good review. Maybe they are trying to change their public image or something. So I wanted to share my experience. Hopefully they continue being honest with their customers as they were with me.”
“I ordered a bathing suit and top on Feb 24, 2020 and still haven't received them. But of course have been charged for them!! Had it not been for all this craziness in the world, we would of gone on vacation March 27 and I'd be even more mad if I didn't have them for our trip. I've contacted them multiple times and they tell me it's on the way! Latest arrival date I was told was April 12!! REALLY? WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!”
“Never received order went on live chat to resolve. They said they shipped. I sent them a screenshot of USPS info proving it didn't ship....I am reporting them as many places as I can. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM...WHST A SCAM”
“I have decided NOT to order from this company again. I ordered my tops early Feb 2020. Received an email that my order was shipped on Feb 22. On March 14th I had to contact the company to explain why I still had not received my order. They did respond on March 15th that my shipping was still in process. Duh, I figured that! I received my order April 4th. I had no idea the clothes were coming all the way from China on the SLOW boat! The tops were as expected but the cost versus the delay is just not worth it to me. I hate to think how difficult it will be to return something and get reimbursed. Just not worth the aggravation. Plus, I hate to say it. After the lies China has told about the Coronavirus Pandemic, I am boycotting all things Made in China!!! Sorry for the citizens but their government is to blame.”
“I have purchased bathing suits & tops from them before. They were actually of good quality & the price is decent. I did not receive my last 2 bathing suits I ordered. I called & talked to Jack Anderson he assured me I would get my bathing suits in 2 days. What he said was he was going to refund my money $61.28 then repurchase the same bathing suits from another company. Well, let me tell you this was last Sunday. It took almost the whole day Sunday, then again on Monday. It took almost 2 full days to try to refund my money. I looked at my bank account & saw instead of getting my refund back I was CHARGED $206.28 from PayPal. I also noticed that someone got my charge card number & started charging $400.00 & $200.00 purchases from Target. I got back on the phone to this guy named Jack who supposedly is the manager of Rotita.com. I told him I was going to gave to cancel my credit card because someone is charging on it. I also told him I'm not going to pay for the charge $206.28 on my card from PayPal. He said somehow there was a screw up & PayPal got in there.I told him if you don't get this charge off today im going to cancel my card. I ended up talking to the bank that evening. They had called me because they saw frequent charges. I told them I have charges on my card which should not be there. I have to wait till each charge comes in . Then John from the bank said he would be taking the charges off. The big problem is I really like Rotita I will miss getting clothes & especially the bathing suits. I am angry though, a simple transaction to refund my money took 2 days then instead of getting a refund I got a charge on my card. Something is definitely wrong with this. What kind of company does this.”
“I have to only say word "SCAM" I've been try to get in contact with your company to return the outfits. But all I get is the run around. Beautiful pictures of the dress online, BUT TOOK FOR EVER TO GET THEM. THIS COMPANY IS OUT OF THE U.S.A. AND THEY ARE SCAMERS.”
“They lied about the material used in a dress I ordered. When it came, I knew it was wrong straight away - checked the tag and it was not made from what it was advertised as. I have been arguing back and forth with them because I can't wear a dress to my son's wedding that is made from t-shirt material! They are refusing to pay for the postage to return it. They say it's "not their fault"! What a scam... they are rude and ignorant.”

“ROTITA is a company of THIEVES AND LIARS!! DO NOT TRUST THEM! I ordered items on 12/13/2019 and they claim that the packages were "delivered", therefore they aren't entitled to provide a refund to me even though I NEVER RECEIVED THE SO CALLED "DELIVERED PACKAGES". At one point in my Claim Ticket with them, they acknowledge they were going to issue a refund to me, but they didn't and now they just keep telling me to "Close the PayPal dispute and we will refund", but I don't even have an open dispute with PayPal. I can't close a dispute that I don't have open!!! I even paid for shipping insurance, and their policy states "all money will be refunded or product replaced in the event of lost packages or damaged product", but THEY STILL WON'T HONOR THEIR OWN SHIPPING INSURANCE POLICY!!! So don't order from this company, they won't send your product and they won't refund your money, even if you pay for the shipping insurance! THIEVES AND LIARS AND CRIMINALS! “I wish I would have done my research on this company before placing an order. They charged me for shipping insurance, which their policy states that if I don't receive the product or I receive damaged product, they will replace the product or refund my money. THEY WON'T REFUND OR REPLACE!!!! This has been going on since December when I placed an order for 173.41. They simply refuse to refund the money even though they can't prove that USPS delivered the product to me. DON'T BUY FROM THESE CRIMINALS AND THEIVES!!! You will regret it !!!!!”

Total fraud from China and they charge extra shipping costs & you never know you’re ordering from China cause if I knew I would’ve never ordered anything from this site!”
