“The company is in China, so you will have to expect a long time with shipping (since I had free shipping, I paid $11 for a shipping upgrade which definitely helps to secure your order during the shipping process). I ordered right before Chinese New Year, they did warn that orders would be delayed, I got mine in about a month. The items were fine, decent quality, but sizing is small (you need to order bigger than usual, read the sizing chart). I ordered a swimsuit and it was actually really cute, and flattering.”
“This "company" told me that the order was delayed because of Chinese New Year. Then they told me that it was delayed because of Spring Festival (in February?!) I am cancelling my order and demanding my money back. We'll see how successful I am.”

The fit was perfect and good quality. “What a nightmare. I ordered online. It took almost 30 days to get to me and everything had to be returned because nothing fit. FYI, their sizes run small. I went through their steps for returns and sent them the tracking number per their instructions. 30 days later, no refund. I talked to them..."don't worry!! I'll take care of you. You'll get an email within 24 hours confirming your return." A week later, nothing. I reached out to them 3 additional times. "don't worry!!! I'll take care of you." Nothing. This went on for almost 2 months. Finally, I saw a refund from them on my Pay Pal account (BTW, I never got the promised email) but it wasn't for the full amount. It was short by $32 and I paid for the return postage. They have cute clothes but NEVER AGAIN!!!”
“This company should not even be in business. Put in an order for 16 items. I received a email saying it may be shipped in separate orders. okay. Got the first 7 days later 2 items. next one 4 items. No email stating why the rest had not shown up. I put in a ticket for cust serv to contact me. They said within 1 business day I would get a response. 5 days later I contacted chat service. She said the rest of my order would come 15 days later! I said unacceptable! She then said 10 days later, I said unacceptable. She said my order would be delivered in 2 days. Never happened. 5 days later, I get another email that your order will be divided into separate orders. The clothes that I have received are of horrendous quality. Since you cannot get a magnified look at the items, you really cannot tell what material they are made of. I will probably need to return all of them. Save yourself some trouble and grief and stay away from this online store!”

“They make returning an item for refund nearly impossible, for us, completely impossible. Bought 2 items for my wife for Christmas. One wasn't to her liking. To get in time for Christmas had to order over 30 days before the holiday and that negates their return policy. Even then when trying to return, the only option available was to credit our account, meaning no refund, just have to buy something else from them. Will never buy from them again, suggest you don't either.”
“I also agree with the other reviews based my experience. The two tops that I ordered came in totally different sizes and styles. One was 3 times my size. I was careful to order based on the size chart and other comments made. The other one was shown in black and leopard print but they sent it in a very ugly blue with the black leopard print embelishments. Very ugly and an obvious mismatch. Both tops, though I ordered the same size, were totally different sizes and the packaging was obviously from different suppliers. One top was seriously, three sizes too big! Long story short, don’t waste your money or time on anything from this site!”
“ROTITA seems to be another online knock-off warehouse out of China (Hong Kong). You're lucky to receive an order within the projected timeframe, but then your clothing items may not be as seen in the photos and/or as described on the site. The clothes and accessories look really great online, but there's a reason the items are generally priced lower than retail (mainly to attract your attention) and you cannot fully trust all glowing 5-star product reviews on the site. The occasional item may be "perfect" while others are "acceptable", but based on personal experience and customer feedback it seems that too many are of poor value or quality, and not as advertised or expected.
Research an online store or company before you buy something, especially if it's based outside your country. If there's NO retail store and NO phone # for customer service, AND it ships from China...please beware. While good international and China-based online stores exist, there are also sites with different names that are known to be related to ROTITA -- check "contact us" or "about us". Many customers claim it's complicated and costly to return items, while credit charges were slow to be refunded. Like me, you may be able to dispute such charges with your credit card company.”
“I ordered holiday attire in mid-November. It's Jan. 1 and it still hasn't arrived. I emailed them several times and received no explanation other than to be told it was processed and shipped. They left out the part about it being shipped on a slow boat form China. Shame on me for not researching and realizing that this sham company is in China and is known for lame service and not making good on their stated return policy.”
