Twice I have ordered items that are 'Season Sensitive" Halloween. and Twice they items show to be available, and then are sold out after I've paid for them. Shipping takes 2 weeks plus. notifications of items sold out is dismal. The Support agent Losliya is helpless. She says 99% are in stock, which isn't true. Don't buy from them if you actually want the item.

ANU and LOSLIYA are horrible customer service agent. Live chat my ass its like chatting with a bunch of dummies. All I wanted was a confirmation on my exchange and the information of the tracking number that they wanted. Also to let me know that I will receive my package back to me once they process the exchange for the right size. But I get no confirmation back just a bunch of dummies pretending to want to help you and close the chat on you. There clothes are not the US fitting size and its not spandex and it looks like its been used to expensive for the price they charge you. If I had known this was an asian company I wouldn't have purchased at all they do not have customer support only live chatting very useless.

Ordered 3 dresses. Took FOREVER to get them. Tried them on in my bedroom and put them back into bag to return. NEVER buy from them. Crooks!!

Someone at Rotita tried to open a Pay Pal account in my name. When I initially placed my order I used a credit card so, there was no need for a pay pal account. This company is a scam. Do not use

I very recently bought 3 women’s tops. They were too small. I’m in the process of “trying” to return them. I repacked them, took them to my local post office & sent them back. They claim ALL 3 items were stained or used & offered to refund 50%. Ironically before I mailed them back they offered to refund 50% & me keep them. I never wore any of the items & they certainly were not stained. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges. SO frustrating!! Buyer BEWARE!!!

I purchased 3 bathing suits of the same size. One was clearly too large. I tried to return it and was told if I tried it on they may not refund you. How are you supposed to know if online purchased clothing fits if you can't try it on? Then they said I could accept a partial refund and keep the bathing suit. I asked what a partial refund was and they said 50%. When I looked it was offering me $4.35 for a $21 bathing suit. I let them know that wasn't 50% and then they automatically issued a 50% refund. Don't buy from them. If it fits then great, but if it doesn't you are screwed. Also shipping took over a month.

I ordered 4 shirts and 2 dresses. The material is pretty thin, but I like the shirts. However, one of the dresses has no buttons or zipper. There's no way to put the dress on! The waist of the dress will not fit over my shoulders if I try to put it on over my head, or over my hips if I try to step into it. When I looked into returning it, I saw that if you try it on, they consider it to be used and will not return your money. I will not buy from this company again. If I can't try the item on, I could easily be wasting more of my money. Very disappointing.

Recieved my beautiful dress one week ahead of stated delivery time, good fit and good quality I only ordered one item as I was unsure what the quality would be, I can now shop with confidence without any doubts.

I bought 3 items, but quality and sizing was so poor I put them straight back in the bags. I spent an extra £15 to ship them back to America only to be told that they were ‘stained’ and they could not refund!! They were only out of the packaging for 30 seconds!! Looking at other reviews, this appears to be one of their standard responses. I would not recommend buying from this terrible company.

Just received my swim dress. Post for swim dress said top AND panty. I never I received the swim dress part NO panty. Tried live chat to resolve once I told her she disappeared. Never resolved. Called was told I could send back for refund.. AFTER reading true reviews think I’ll take what I have and just spread the word. I have to say the material is cheap / thin you can see the cut line on bottom not hemmed!!!!! I posted a review on their site rotita.com WAS a 1 star and shipping takes forever. My issue is they never posted the review. Beware they only post 4 or 5 stars on website to fool you.

I needed to return several items and the process was painful. Never got proper refund and never received some items that were ordered. The items that did arrive are of cheap quality and smell funny.

I am trying to return items I bought because they didn't fit right. Some were bathing suits and I ALWAYS try them on wearing underwear. I never ever wore anything and they are claiming they're stained and have been worn so they're not refunding my money. TOTAL SCAM SITE. DON'T BUY HERE. I'm so angry.

I ordered 3 dresses & had to return them due to size issues. I returned the very next day I received them. I was told by the post office, that they will receive the parcel in 10 days. I was chasing them to see if they have received the parcel for nearly 6 weeks & After that they sent me message stating they can’t refund me full & can't send the another size as the item was stained. I don’t believe this, as I sent the items the very next day & Rotita has not been open and honest and didn’t even bother informing me that they have received the parcel until I asked them!!! To my surprise another message came through stating only 1/4 amount was refunded and that too was on the rotita account & not in my bank account. Why refund on your store account??? Are you that confident that even after your unprofessional approach, people would buy stuff again? However, on checking my Rotita account, there is no balance in my Rotita account. It seems they are there to extort the money from people. I would like to know how to take this matter further as ultimately it is my hard earned money and I deserve the full refund. Beware & don’t order anything from this company. Horrible experience and ZERO customer service.

Don't buy from this company, the quality of the shirts is terrible. Very cheap looking. I waited a month to get the shirts. Definitely not worth the price or the wait. Will never buy from them again

I ordered a dress but didn't like the material and it was too big so I returned it. Their process for returning is complicated and they are not easy to get in touch with. Anyway needless to say, they never refunded me my money. They suck.

Received product - bad material and sizing - followed the companies VERY complicated return process to the tee!!!! I still have not received my refund. I messaged a representative by the name of Suganya, he or she first told me I would receive my refund within 10-20 business days unless it was with PayPal I would receive it in 48 hours - it has be 20 days since they received my return (I used UPS so I could track it - one of the requirements of their return policy). They received the return on the 15th of May and it is May 30th...still no refund...btw I paid with PayPal so I should have gotten my refund within 48 hours of the 15th. When I called her/him out on the timing...they suddenly changed the refund time to 30days....and I have all of this recorded in a live chat log....WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!! NEVER!!!!!
