“NEVER buy clothes from this company! I agree with all of these reviews....Do not put yourself through this frustration, please trust me...it is NOT worth it! The clothes are horrible & they lie!
Their clothes DO NOT look anything like what they show online. The fabric is very stiff, cheap, nylon flag material. The items smell terrible. They are not what you think. Products are junk, as so many have said. When you read reviews for them-check the source of the review first (unfortunately, i did not) many "reviewers" are sponsored by them!!
I did not wear anything, but obviously opened the bag when it came.... I attempted to return it, as per their policy. That is a NIGHTMARE!! It is close to impossible to speak to anyone (or even chat) about how to resolve problems. People/Chat respond overnight. Although they have YOU return products to a US location, they clearly are not located here. I spent over $150 on clothes. I returned everything, but still do not have any refund. They continued to give me a hard time on how to return merchandise and sent the wrong links & labels numerous times.
They insist you send EACH ITEM in its own return pkg, yet they will not give you individual processing numbers.
Because of all the problems, I took detailed photographs before I sent the pkgs back. Yet, they still try to accuse you of wearing the products, staining the products, sending them back too late, etc... .
After weeks of not having my claim addressed, I filed a dispute on PayPal. Rotita asked me to remove the dispute BEFORE they could process my return or refund any money. I informed them that I would remove the dispute, when the dispute was settled.
Like you, I thought I could trust this business and dress nicely, as a fuller figure gal, for less $$. It will not happen, and only gets you more frustrated & disgusted. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I should have known the flashing website store site was the scam that it looked like from the beginning.
If I could rate "zero" stars, I would, as I do not believe they should even receive one!”

“I placed 2 orders with Rotita and returned the merchandise for a different size. When I finally received the blouses, I still had to return them. (I had placed my 2nd order BEFORE I received the first one. If I had know that I would be given such a hard time to get my refund, which I still haven't received, I would have NEVER placed my 2nd order!) It's going on 3-4 months that I haven't received my refund. I am VERY displeased with this company. I followed instructions on how to return them, paying return postage myself. They emailed that they would not refund me as the items were 'stained and soiled'. That was a complete lie. Someone said it in another review that I read on this site, the material is nothing like what they show, it's extremely thin and like plastic. The sizes are wrong also, they run much smaller than what they should be, they don't fit me at all, but based on what others have said about trying to get a refund, I am going to spare myself the frustration and consider the $89 I spent as lesson learned to look for reviews outside of a companies site first.
Please take my advice and do not order from this company, I wish I would have read these reviews first.”

i bought a christmas dress for £25, which is too big and doesn't look nice... only to find that their return address is in USA... which will cost me about 1/2 the price i paid to return it! plus they say that they will reduce the refund if the item has been tried on... of course i tried it on!! customer service chat is ridiculous and saying "sorry" but not really helping - just frustrating! and to top it off, the same horrible dress i bought is now selling at 1/2 price on their site. that is really rubbing salt into the wounds! Avoid and buy the same dress from a UK site and save yourself the heartache and disappointment - and probably some money, too!”
