“I am still waiting for a package I ordered in February #LW537079921CN - has never been delivered and keep saying it’s being shipped by origin..... so far no one knows when or where this package will be delivered or where it is. The first order came but neither garment fit but rather than deal with this place I’m just forgetting the loss and letting people know this a fraudulent company! Don’t order here! You will be ripped off!”
“The dress arrived with a tear in the material. It has to be sent back by tracked postage which cost nearly half the value of the dress, but they DO NOT PAY RETURN POSTAGE.!!

“I placed an order and cancelled it on the same day, i got confirmation and said they would refund my money. The next day I got an email saying it was too late to cancel and my items had already shipped. Tried to dispute this with pay pal and they are siding with the seller.”
“I didn't order from Rotita. However, looking at the photos of what they offer, it's identical to Zulily which is where I did order, also a Chinese company. Would never order from them again. Sizes are not comparable to their charts. The order came very large. Was given a refund to be applied to another order. Did order another in different size (smaller) same issue. The colors on fabric are not quite what is shown in photo. Since they didn't refund money, only in new orders, would never order from them again. Would also stay away from any such company showing these designs. I'm inclined to believe it's all the same owner.”
“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed an order at the beginning of February and here it is mid March and no receipt of my order. But they are quick to get their money. I inquired about my order with their online chat and have not heard anything back.”
“The top I ordered was nothing like the picture. It’s very difficult to work out how to return items from the website and eventually spoke to someone on live chat after emailing and following return procedure with no success. The return had to go back to USA no label provided and you have to pay the postage. They refunded me half the price of the garment telling me to keep it. I will be giving it to the charity shop”

“First time I ordered from rotita, the top looked gorgeous in the pic, bright colours, silky flow etc. When it finally arrived after a month, the reality was just a sad copy of what was advertised online. The top was made from cheap fabric, the print was cheap, colours faded... It looked like something my grandma would buy. Waiting for a month and paying over £20 for a top only to be disappointed by it's quality... Never again order clothes online! I gave it 2 stars because at least the size fitted.”
“Terrible company to deal with. I received my items in separate time frame. 2 of the 3 shirts I ordered did not fit. Went to send them back and never got my refund. I inquired after several months and they say that they can't find the package. Huge runaround. Won't be buying from them again. NEVER got my refund. They won't steal from me again”

“this is my second review, after reading all the previous reviews its apparent that they have a set line of bs that they give everyone, after returning my bathing suit I was told it was damaged. I threw a fit, they say ok we send another, the next email they sent said we couldn't find your address and the suit was sent back address unknown, How did the first one make it to me but not the second, so then I say ok then just refund my money, all I hear is crickets...AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, ITS A TOTAL RIP OFF”

“Don't waste your time; customer service is SO BAD. I ordered two swim suits because they were so cute. I actually got one, and cannot get them to tell me when the other will ship. About to just cancel the order. Rotita is obviously a foreign company. Customer service responses are written in broken English. I'm so frustrated I wish I would have seen these reviews before they got my credit card number. Just buy elsewhere and you will be glad you did.”
“I gave them a 4 star because the delivery took longer than I was told in checkout (especially because I paid a shipping upgrade to get it faster). There is tracking on the shipment, although it's not as detailed as the tracking we are used to in the States.
The products are of decent quality; I mean these prices are so cheap you can't expect designer quality here, folks! The clothes do run smaller than usual...read the sizing chart and order-up in size. I ordered swimwear and a jumpsuit and they are actually very flattering!
Overall, I'd do it again...just expect about a month to get the shipment (from China).”
“The company is in China, so you will have to expect a long time with shipping (since I had free shipping, I paid $11 for a shipping upgrade which definitely helps to secure your order during the shipping process). I ordered right before Chinese New Year, they did warn that orders would be delayed, I got mine in about a month. The items were fine, decent quality, but sizing is small (you need to order bigger than usual, read the sizing chart). I ordered a swimsuit and it was actually really cute, and flattering.”
