I bought a shirt from Rotita and when it finally arrived I loved the style and it looked great when I put it on. Within minutes the fabric began to bauble up. Seriously......within minutes.
I contacted the site and sent them pictures of the numerous places where the fabric had started to bauble (there were 3).
The site insisted I send back the item with tracking (proof of posting). As I'm in the UK and they are in the US it would cost me more to send back the blouse than the cost of the blouse in the first place.
Customer service was worse than useless. The rep barely spoke English and just kept repeating herself. When I was finally able to get her to understand she said she'd process the refund and get back to me in 24 hours. HA! Fat chance!
I chased up customer services and was given the same old story of return the blouse with tracking.
Instead, I think I'll take it out and use it as kindling for a bonfire. It's about the only thing it's suitable for.

“Ordered from company did receive merchandise. Returned items paid for the return myself with proof of delivery from USPS. Never received a refund they just kept asking the same four questions over and over even when I would respond each time with all the information from the 4 question they would ask. They would not process refund. They are a fraud do not use them. Turned them into FTC, Paypal and my credit card company. I encourage anyone doing business with them if they have comitted fraud against you to open a case with the Federal Trade Commission or your State Governor Office and get them banned from doing business here.”
