“Your site was recommended and email yesterday saying I had a samsung galaxy a3 2016 but when select A3 the value was less then mine. The response back was that I couldn't choose that policy. What they didn't tell me is that I was selecting the wrong phone and I should scroll down to galaxy A3 not just A3. It was just by chance that I had another look as I was debating using tin hat or argos instead. I just wanted to mention this as I eventually engaged by brain and realised but other people may not and go elsewhere”

“Bad company, everything is fine until you make a claim very slow and demanding at the end of the day they aim to getaway without paying. Dozens of silly questions about your claim etc. Never again. Cancelled immediately not recommended to anyone.”

“It's all great until you need to claim, very very slow, beware of small print it is not unlimited claims as stated, they will try to get out of actually paying.”

Hi, sorry for any confusion but we do not state to offer unlimited claims. The number of claims covered is limited to one claim per peril, per policy, per year.
