“the product was quickly despatched but unfortunately DPD were delayed in getting this to me by several days :( nice product, better packaging would have been nice as it was quite an expensive bridle! all round good service”

“Ordered x2 item from R@R country, Received them within a couple of days. Unfortunately because they was in the sale only received one item as other item wasn’t in stock no more. I rang R&R selby and spoke to a lady. She was really helpful and explained what had happened and refunded my purchase straight away. Fast service and polite. Very happy with service”

“The item was as described and delivery very quick. I did however try to get in touch and sent emails within an hour of purchasing to ask if I could add to the order. This has still not been acknowledged therefore I haven’t reordered anything else”

“Prompt and well packaged delivery of my items. I was however disappointed with the brushes that I purchased for presents as the handles were marked and looked used, even though they were still had on their labels on.”

“Bought a passoa 5 point breastplate for my horse and a new thermal bed for my kitty. Breastplate is lovely and kittys bed is so soft and fluffy I'd sleep in it if I was small enough! She hasn't had it yet as it's for xmas :)”
