“This was the first time I had ordered from R&R on-line and for the items to be delivered and I was very impressed with how quick I received my order. The purple hoof pick I ordered was black instead of purple but everything else was fine!”

“Excellent service from purchase to despatch however should consider an alternative courtier as DPD said they were delivering Monday and it’s now WEdnesdaynight and I have received nothing at all ….. this would put me off ordering again to be honest”

Hello Helen, Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately our couriers are experiencing high volumes of parcels which is why there are slight delays with deliveries - this is only due to the strike action having a knock on affect and the Christmas rush. “I always buy my jodphurs boots online and generally great but my recent boots have only been worn 4 times and i have noticed today they are leaking, very disappointed as they are usually very hardwearing, am hoping they can be replaced FOC ?”

“The ladies I spoke to on the phone with regards to a garment sizing were extremely helpful and professional and I managed to purchase the item that I required. However when the item was delivered it was very shop soiled so I was very disappointed, however when I then spoke to another lady about the issue it was rectified immediately. So extremely good service and was only let down by the actual product...”
