“Ordered 2 tops, one needed to be returned so I took it back to store and swapped for another colour and size. Service in the shop was friendly and very helpful, top was swapped no problem. Thank you.”

“Nothing beats a trip to R&R Country.. other than an online shopping trip.. all the benefits of fantastic ranges and service all in your PJs.. (although sure they'd serve you in the shop in your PJs too, country folk take you as you come). Always helpful staff and always come away with what we need, and a few wants as well”

“Very happy with the item, excellent delivery and customer service. I needed to exchange for a larger size which was easy to arrange. Little surprised that when I saw the item in store and online on the same day there was a £125 difference (sale item) but no complaining!”
