“I can’t fault the service but sadly, I paid £49.99 for a bag of dog food that I can now get on Amazon for £34. That’s a lot of money.”

“I recently visited the Melton Mowbray store and received excellent customer service. The shop assistant was knowledgable about the fitting of boots and was very helpful, even arranging for the Selby store to post out the required items. Lovely and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. A credit to R&R!”

“Absolutely AMAZING service! Realised that I’d ordered the wrong size wellies for my son’s birthday, so phoned a day later to order another pair. (I had missed the cut off time) they went above and beyond to get me the correct size the next day!!!! Fantastic service- rare to find nowadays.”

“Speedy delivery and items less than half the price I’d been paying for my girls favourite toy… sadly she passed away earlier this month 💔.., however I’m a dog Walker/ sitter so the ‘donuts’ all get lots of daily use… and they float”
