“My first contact was by telephone which was dealt with in a very friendly and efficient manner including a cross checking of stock availability. Thereafter I put my order in on line which worked very well. Updates were received on despatch progress and delivery . All in all the experience was excellent! The next day delivery meant that I avoided the need to drive and use precious diesel during the shortage and my g/d received her desired item before her next competition.”

“bought a 100 gram turnout rug with detachable neck & was given an estimated delivery of 5 to 8 days. Much to my surprise & delight it arrived next day, its a lovely quality rug for the price & it was packaged so well. This is the first time I've shopped online with R&R and it has been a very good & positive experience, their customer service is absolutely second to none”
