“Excellent company. I purchased a pair of Redback UBOK yard boots. My other half swears by these; he's worn Redbacks for over 10 years. R&R Country offered a competitive price, ex-stock and despatched quickly. They were here in a couple of days. Good and economic packaging, nice, friendly 'thank-you' note inside. Faultless”

Hello Maxine, We are sorry to hear this but we would just like to state that we were investigating this on Thursday afternoon when you called the store initially. The notes on your order confirm that you were informed that a DPD parcel search had been raised - due to the weekend we could not get an answer until this morning - we did try to chase this on Friday 8th but we did not get an another before close of play that day. I have spoken with them this morning and tracked your parcel and it seems to have been located and is out for delivery today. I will send your consignment via a private email so you can track this. I do apologise on behalf of DPD but I trust this has rectified the situation. Kind Regards, Laura
