“Fantastic quick service, a Web hiccup meant my order went through as click&collect when I'd paid for delivery but a quick phone call soon sorted it and it was delivered the next day. Thank you!!”

“Very good customer service , as when my box arrrived the black hoof paint I had ordered had leaked everywhere (naughty Amazon driver ) and there service afterwoods was fab and are sorting the problem thank you !!!”

“It’s the first time I ordered from R&R but it wont be my last. I purchased an in hand leather bridle. It arrived the following day. The quality is very good and it was packaged beautifully.”

“I needed a grazing muzzle that was out of stock practically everywhere. I ordered one from R and R and had it delivered within a few days. I got a text to tell me which hour of the day the parcel would arrive and it actually arrived in it’s allocated time- magic!”

“Placed an order last week money swiftly taken and emailed to advise of dispatch. Parcel was delivered the following day by DPD to the incorrect address. Proof of address and delivery shows my house and received by myself, with a photo of the parcel left outside the white patio doors have a property which isn’t mine, or any of my neighbours. Reported missing delivery and as of yet still no response other than an investigation has been opened with DPD. Chased this on Friday with R&R and still no response come Sunday evening. Yet I am still £70 out of pocket and someone has a lovely brand-new coat paid for by me”

Hello Laura, As mentioned, the DPD investigation has been opened and it can take 3-5 working days. This was opened on the 5th May for you after your initial point of contact. DPD are having to look into what's happened with your parcel - we did advise this when you called the shop for an update on Friday (once we spoke on the phone we promptly chased DPD for an update). We understand this is frustrating for you but this is their policy for a missing parcel and for us to sort the issue we must first wait for their response. Regards, R&R Country
