Hello, We do recall speaking with you regarding this and we did ask you to send a photo of the faulty item so we could investigate this for you and resolve the issue swiftly - we are yet to receive any photos of the fault, just a negative review which we feel is unfair. We note the item is now on its way back to us. We will investigate this once we are in receipt and refund accordingly. If deemed faulty, postage costs and return fees will be reimbursed as per our T&Cs. Regards, Laura

“Dog jumper not the right fit, so returned, but no refund as the packet had been opened and the jumper tried on. Don't use this company, they are thieves.”

Hello Therri, We have looked into this further and it would seem that the dog coat was returned to us covered in hair and in a ripped bag - we cannot sell this as a new item any longer and we will have to discount this. We note you phoned the store to dispute this and you were quite rude to a member of our staff, we do not tolerate verbal abuse. Management have looked into this and have agreed, on this occasion, that the dog coat can be cleaned up and sold cheaper. Therefore, we have refunded you this amount. Please note, as per our returns policy, items must be returned to us "in the original condition, with labels, unsoiled and unused" and that in the event that "considerable damage is caused to the packaging, we will have to deduct money from your refund." We trust this closes the matter.

“Unfortunately, something went a bit odd when the parcel was addressed. House name had the right letters, but in the wrong order, and the post code was from a previous address. This caused the parcel to be delayed, not helped by DPD, but that's a whole separate story . . . . . . ! However the items are excellent, very pleased with them. J.Fowler.”

Hello Jean, We are a little confused by your review as the label generated with DPD stated the exact address you put down on your order. We also note that the parcel went out for delivery on Wednesday 18th and was delivered Thursday 19th - we cannot see that there was any delay on the DPD history?
