“I had glanced over recent winter sale email and got my eye on the Ariat Keswick boots, by the time i thought i should treat myself they were gone, i telephoned the web number and spoke to a very helpful member of staff who was able to source me a pair that had been returned, I was sent txts and emails informing me of delivery and times, they arrive within 2 days and perfect fit, pleased i phoned and staff were so helpful, great customer service and products thank you”

“I purchased my new boots on line being lazy and not surprisingly they didn’t fit so I phoned the Selby shop, the staff were so helpful and put some boots to the side for me I went the next day (Saturday ) they figured my size out gave me some tips on how to bed them in etc but unfortunately didn’t have my size in store. There other shop had them so they arranged for them to be delivered and they arrived a day early Tuesday!! And perfect fit!! The staff in store are brilliant the shop it’s self is fantastic I think there product range is fantastic my whole experience was brilliant, I always use r&r but normally online I will be returning to the store. Thank you xx”

“The staff are always very helpful even in the sales, nothing is too much trouble for them and the knowledge of equipment etc is great. The shop has a good variety of stock to suit most people, prices are always reasonable too.”
