“very good in shop and online but why do you not email or ? sale offers or when you have a sale as you did a few years ago so I as live close to Melton can visit shop for sale items”

Hello Ann, We're so pleased to hear you enjoyed your experience with us. Regarding our sales- we have not held a sale since lockdown began due to limiting the volume of customers in store. “Staff at R&R were extremely helping replying to my telephone query prior to placing my order. The Kensington dog bed is excellent. Delivery was very quick, excellent service throughout. I shall definitely shop with R&R in the future and totally recommend them.”

“R and R Country Sent wrong stock that I particularly ordered as I already have the one they sent. Look at the picture below. It says untied which is what I wanted. They sent me a tied one. They have not replied to my email.”

“I purchased some Ariat 1/2 Chaps and even though I had to return them as they were not suitable there was a lady in your Melton Store and a lady called Leanne in your Selby Store who could not be more helpful. :) I also love the fact that your stores have items for all budgets, so big thumbs up... “Easy ordering and quick delivery. Staff are very helpful. I ordered a rug online and a day later realised I ordered the wrong size. I called them up, they called the other store it was coming, then called me back within 10 mins to let me know it was in stock and swapped over. I’m ordering all my winter rugs from them. Two done.. four to go :-)”

“Really impressed with the speed of processing and delivery of my orders with R&R Country. A lot of the other equine retailers I’ve used recently have had 5-10 dispatch delays. This combined with poor communication, has been disappointing. When I mentioned it to a friend, they suggested I try R&R Country and I could not have been more pleased. I’ve been able to buy products and know they’re going to arrive quickly. Not only this, their customer service is truly stand out. Any queries that I’ve had about my orders were answered clearly and quickly. Won’t be using anyone else going forward - a very happy customer!”
