“From the moment I heard the friendly voice on the other end of the phone call, I had a very good 1st impression of R&R Country! I asked about the boots I was interested in and was given all the information I was needed as well as how the international shipping would work and how long it would take. And everything went as planned. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the boots and I only have words of praise for the customer service I received”

“These beds are the best quality beds I have ever purchased and even better, the dogs love them! They are quite fussy with where they sleep but as you can see they are extremely comfy. They are such good quality, lovely thick cushioning but not too thick, they mold into them :) snug and cosy! Both are a size 30 inch which is the perfect fit for my miniature schnauzers. I got the pheasant and rabbit deluxe dog beds and the quality of the prints are amazing. Not only do the dogs love them, they look extremely stylish in the home too so a win win! To top the whole amazing buying experience off, when I opened the box there were two free chew toy bones at the bottom! They have kept them busy for a few hours. Thanks R&R - I’m already looking forward to my next purchase with you!”

“I recently brought some le meiux brushing boots from the new le meiux colours they were delayed in arriving to R&R country but through the who process they were emailing me to keep me updated when the were coming and was very willing to refund me if I wanted I will definitely be using R&R country again.”

Hello, Thank you for your review. When you purchase an online gift card it automatically sends direct to you so the quantity would have been added by yourself in this case. I cannot tell what your order number is due to the anonymous post but I can see that someone did place an order for x10 £5 gift cards last week. For future reference, if you wanted to order x1 gift card with a value of £50 on it, you would need to enter the amount and ensure the quantity is set to x1 - you would then receive one email with the total amount present.
