“I've ordered several things from R&R now, because of their great products and price but their delivery service is outstanding. Ordered Saturday, delivered Sunday. Ordered something else on a Sunday, delivered on a Monday (eat your heart out Amazon!). Also had to return something once, no fuss, so easy to do and quick to refund. One of my new favourite online stores, thank you!”

“I bought a hat over the internet but it could not be delivered as I live in Denmark. I am visiting the UK in July & asked R&R to put the hat to one side & i would collect it from the store in July. this they agreed to do, so i happily paid for the said item. my point here is, from seeing the required hat to R&R actually letting me know they had put the hat to one side for me to collect in July took just a few e mails & each time I mailed them they replied within minutes ? FANTASTIC SERVICE........... I bought a similar hat from the store 15 years ago & if the new one is anything like the one i bought all that time ago I will be more than happy.”

“Thank you so much for my beautiful Dubarry boots. I ordered them on Friday evening & they arrived at the expected time on Tuesday no problems at all. A very prompt service. The boots are great i knew what i was getting as they are my 4th pair over the past 16 years all bought from R&R. A super tack shop with a wide range of brands. Staff have always been very helpful & polite.”
