“so I purchased a total of 4 RTIC everyday 15 coolers for the holidays and now 6 months later one of the zippers separated from the edge of the cooler. i went on to return or repair and it was only a 30 day warranty on it. 30 days for a cooler in the meddle of cooler season. guess that why YETIs cost more money as you get what you pay for.”
“I bought the soft cooler for my husband. He was only able to use it a few times before the zipper broke. It did keep our drinks cold though. My opinion, spend a little more and get a Yeti. Or save your money and buy something cheaper so it doesn't hurt your pockets when it needs to be replaced.”
“Their products are comparable to brands like Yeti. However, their shipping is terrible. You can pretty much expect your order to be shipped about a month after you place it and then maybe allow another week or so to deliver. Their excuse is that they receive too many orders and they are backed up.”
