Our Rtic everyday cooler zipper broke. Only been used maybe 25 times. Contacted company and without receipt they would do nothing. We received as a gift for Xmas 2022. They should offer to inspect and if appropriate replace. But they didn't care. Not buying again.

The service and warranty on these supposedly high end cooler is horrible. The zipper on the soft backpack cooler broke after only a few uses and the service department could find the apropriate product and kept insisting that the product was out of warrenty. I will not buy another RTIC product and I will recommend that everyone else stay clear of this complany and there products.

Buyers beware!!! Wish I had read all their horrible reviews online before I decided to buy off their website! Bought a cup online and the picture of the customization was completely different than the product I got. They make the cup look darker online, but when you get it, you can barely see the customization on it. Told customer service but they don’t care, they will not help you. They will say they are they say sorry for the inconvenience and there’s nothing they can do. They won’t be getting my business again! From the looks of all the one star reviews here everyone has the same terrible experience with their customer service!! Don’t give them your business they don’t deserve it! I am trying to upload pictures and their website will not work in. It was a nightmare, trying to customize the cups on their website as well. It’s amazing that this company isn’t out of business already!!!!

I have had three of the soft sided coolers and all have come apart. Two of them had hardly been used. The third was good for years before falling apart. All three split at the seams. Rtic would not replace because it was over a year ever though it was a Christmas gift bought earlier in the year.

The zipper on the soft cooler is very poorly designed. We purchased a 30 and a 40 can cooler. The smaller one the zipper came off track. Called Rtic to see if they could fix it and was told no it was out of warranty. My sister bought a couple as well and the same thing happened to both. Do NOT buy an Rtic soft cooler! The cooler is no good without the zipper!!

Zipper broke and zipper area is bleeding colors from cooler. Looks horrible and zipper is worthless. Used as directed w the lubricant. They deny the 1 yr warranty that comes w the cooler. They blamed me for the colors running bc of salt water. This color has never seen salt water. Just junk. Should have saved $75 and bought a Walmart cooler. Same quality.

I purchased 2 1 gal water jugs, all customized, and spent a little extra, but I did not see any option for Fonts, as it was small and away from the screen, easy to overlook. I tried to call in and email to update the Fonts only, but nothing that would add any extra money or not, but RTIC cannot do anything once they receive the money and not even call the manufacturer to let them know a small change before the jugs are even processed. Chat(Bri) was horrible and condescending, but the call was good, but still nothing they cannot do but make you miss the discount because they have to refund (5-7 business) and then once I get the money back I can re-order and lose the memorial day discount and stated that this is all on me. horrible customer service and unable to make any updates, even if the order was placed two minutes prior, which I find unbearable and wanted to warn people about buying from RTIC.

I owned 1 of every size soft cooler including 2 each of the 12-can and 20-can and one of the hard coolers. Four of the soft coolers either "came apart" in the lid area of the zippers got permanently stuck. I went to their HQ in Houston and was not looking for free replacements, just some sort of concession on purchasing replacements. The BEST they could offer was 10%! :) I am done with RTIC forever. Poor support of what seemed to be good products...for a while! Moving on...

RTiC is the WORSE company to deal with. In order to even remotely look at your warranty, they need the email address of the person who purchased it. If rhey were won at an auction, how would I know who purchased it. They want pictures which were sent 6 times to no avail! The zippers in the soft coolers break with barely any use and you’re paying top dollar for their products. From now on, YETI has my business! I will NEVER purchase anything from RTIC!

Purchased an 8 can cooler for my son who is in 7th grade. The zipper broke after just 2 months. RTIC Would not replace the zipper or refund any money. WARNING; never buy anything from RTIC.

I would give zero stars if I could. They don’t help at all. Just send long emails on how to fix it. Really? I shouldn’t have to do that. They are a joke. Buy elsewhere.

I placed my order for two in-stock items. The estimated arrival date was 12-8-2022. When the items did not arrive, I checked the status the next day and no updates were available, and the items have not even shipped yet. I tried contacting customer support multiple times during regular business hours only to find out that no customer service agents were available. One time when I called and did get placed on hold, I waited 30 minutes to be told no agents were available and was disconnected. No live agents are available online either during normal business hours. This appears to be a trend with this company. I am not feeling very confident I will receive the items before leaving the country next week. If you need your order in a timely manner, consider looking elsewhere.

Ordered on 11/25 with expected ship date of 11/28. Now 12/7, still has not shipped. I called and they told me two items in my order were holding it up, should ship in a day. I called back asked to remove those two items from my order to get it to ship, they said that actually everything was in stock and they asking customers to be patient just 2-3 days. I explained it has already been 9 days since you said it would ship. The expected ship date has been removed from the order and now you cannot get through on the phone. It just says too many calls and hangs up. Better sort this out soon or they are going to have a lot of upset customers! Buyer beware, they are very behind on shipping! Also sent two emails, no response. Also their chair feature does not work!

placed order on 11/29/22, no confirmation of order, look on website shows ship date of 12/1/22. Didn't receive a confirmation on 12/1/22 so checked again and ship date is 12/5/2022. Today (12/7/2022) I look and it's got a ship date of 12/6/2022. I have tried the online chat and it has been saying offline the entire day. I have tried calling multiple times only to have it say customer service is not available. They have my money. I purchased these for a company raffle on this coming Friday. Don't waste your money nor your time. FYI, there are threads going back to 2013 with the exact same issues so this is nothing new and obviously not a concern for this company.

On November 30th, 2022 I placed an order for 6 items with RTIC and they charged my A/E that day. Today is December 6th, 2022 and I’ve never received an order confirmation or anything saying when my order will ship? I tried calling customer service and after 30 minutes of being on hold they hung up on me.

Zipper broke on 20 can soft side cooler one year warranty not acceptable for theses expensive products. YETI here I come.

I purchased a backpack cooler and it’s already leaking, and it’s just from the ice. I don’t recommend, I tried to get in touch with customer service and they said it only had a 90day warranty. Don’t purchase save your money.
