“We visited Ruby Tuesday's on February 16, 2025 at about 8:00 p.m. Cooper was the host, and he did absolutely excellent job, very friendly, let us choose our table and polite. All the while bussing tables and always working.
Our server Olivia also did a spectacular job making sure our dining experience was awesome. She checked back with us often to make sure all our needs were met.
Jeff, the manager also stopped by our table to make sure everything was going great.

“Our favorite server is Angelia. She is friendly, and well informed. Always offers suggestions even though I get the same order every time! We enjoy her attitude! We ask for her by name. She is awesome!”
“They didn't. I watched a young black lady verbally cuss and threaten to hit an older white woman who was working with her. The manger did nothing. How is this legal? If I had been the older lady I would have left but no she just apologized to us and kept on working with a smile. I looked it up and verbal abuse and bodily harm is against the law. When a asked the older woman the young ladies name she said daisha something or another. This happened on a Friday in Troy Al. To witness such horrible attitude towards another human coworker is horrible. I hope the older lady is ok. I don't think I will be returning for a while to witness another instance such as this.”
“I would like to tell you what an enjoyable time we have every time we have ate at Ruby Tuesday. The food is the best and help is just the best. We always have Krystal for our server and she is the best, always friendly and truly puts us first. She just makes our time the best.

“We are eating at the Ruby Tuesday in Saraland. The food is a 5 out of 5, even there glutten free hamburgers. Their steaks, and seafood is also good. The manager, Bruce, is amazing. I eat here frequently. I see him doing every job in the restaurant. He is professional, personal, very good personality, and ALWAYS makes sure that each person has a good experience to make one want to come again.
Also, check out the best salad bar in the city, as Janie and Bruce keep everything fresh and clean.

“Food was fantastic & our bartender Trish was awesome very friendly & kind & attentive even though she was quite busy attending tables & us and few others at the bar I seen one other employee sitting in a booth on her phone with a gentleman that may have been a manager I’m not sure! We got our drinks & appetizer fast had a little wait on main dish but it was hot & good will definitely stop in see Trish again when we are back in Elizabethtown”
