“I wanted to love my rug but had to return. It arrived with corner damaged. But it was so thinyou could see the underneath thru the color of the top. When I brought I to their attention they acted like the corner wasn’t a big deal and thought I just didn’t like the rug. I purchased the rug new and expected no flaws or damages. The manufacturer thankfully gladly excepted the return”

“The rug is OK overall, however I am really disappointed in the color. It is not truly light pink; it is peach. That is definitely not the color I was looking for and it is not the color pictured.”

“Love the rug, and it shipped in Just a few days. However, I waited all day Friday for the rug to be delivered at the promised time. Then at 7pm, Fedex changed the delivery to Monday. Grrrrr... made me late for a party. I always dread buying from a seller who uses Fedex, as I've had this happen before. The company is good but their shipper is bad. That's why only 3 stars.”
