“Great service received, purchaced an item, them i wanted to replace it with another item. I was told that they can only change it if the items were the same price. Dayle advise me that they can cancel the item and load a credit to my account, then I can purchase to required item.

Basically I was having a stressor of day trying to make a purchase. The event I was shopping from ended without me being able to make a successful payment.
In all that the team came through and made the items available to me again so I could make the purchase. Dayle (the lady helping me) even went as far as taking an item out of her cart and making it available to me as it was out of stock. The order is done and Im eagerly awaiting my items.
All in all its a 10/10 for me and would absolutely recommend.”

“Amazing service. The Emails gets responded quickly. Received my order within 2 days. However, only 4 stars as they can make an effort to check that the shoes are neatly packed in the boxes. Otherwise, I am very happy with the service, pricing and quick response. Their original prices on Polo products are however not correct as I work for a shop that sells Polo. They would for instance say the shirt was 499 whereas its original price actually is R329/R389. The price however, still is less. I do not know if the original merchant maybe overprices.”

“I had purchases some a few items the day before , unfortunately one was the incorrect size so i had called in just after 8am and was greeted by a friendly consultant.it literally took her less than 5 mins to sort out my query. Offered to either refund the money back into my card or give me a credit for the next time . This is what you call customer service.”
