"They told me I could change my ticket, but Ryanair does not do refunds or credits. \r\n\r\nI would give them a negative -5 star review if I could. \r\n\r\nThese are the pirates of the sky and now after my last interaction with them. I will never fly Ryanair again. \r\n\r\nI don\u2019t care if it costs me 3 or even 6 times their airfare to fly with anyone else. \r\n\r\nMy mother in-law has had a major stroke. I have 8 days before I was going on a flight with Ryanair. I spent 45 min waiting for someone to attend to me on the chat (complete waste of my time). \r\n\r\n So I went to my booking to change the tickets to a later date. The charges to change is more than the tickets I purchased. \r\n\r\n\u00a345 per flight per change and the difference in the airfare. \r\n\r\nNow to be clear. I was changing my flight from December 2024 this year to March 2025. \r\n\r\nIt is absolutely criminal and I have had enough. I am sharing this everywhere I can to save others the robbery from rip off artist that is RyanAir."

"We've used RyanAir for over 10 years, it is was it is.\r\n\r\nBut on this occasion, at Seville Airport, the staff are they are seeming to want to scam customers.\r\n\r\nWe had a bag which perfectly fit in the metal casing for onboard bags, we've used this bag on all our RyanAir flights.\r\n\r\nBut the staff at Seville closed the boarding gates and said we are not getting on the flight unless we pay \u00a340 and check-in the bag...\r\n\r\nIt was an extremely distressing situation, and we didn't understand what was going on. The bag fit!\r\n\r\nIf you're thinking of flying with RyanAir from Seville, just don't do it - it looks like staff are getting bonuses for forcing people to pay more for baggage.\r\n\r\nLead check in badge number: 981\r\n\r\nShe needs to be sacked!"

"I went on trying to book my flight, tried to book a service called \"Priority & second hand bag\" that allows me a second cabin bag. Tried to purchase, entered card details, paid and returning screen says sold out. Assuming the service isn't available (sold out to me means exactly that) I think that the only way to bring my second hand bag is to purchase a 10kg check in bag. So I go on and buy that, returning page says \"purchased\" and after checking with my bank I realised that I have been charged for both. After numerous emails trying to cancel the check in bag, poor customer service denies to refund me the service which I want to cancel and that I will not use. I believe that policies should be reviewed and customers should be taken care of individually. I felt very bad with their service, I never want to use the again and I just wish I could cancel my flight overall and chose another carrier."
