“The flight experience was good , the flight was on time and cabin crew were polite and friendly but however when we got on board they didn’t welcome us or say good Morning.”
“Speedy security clearance, well worth the extra payment, as no waiting in long queue, just showed your passport then walked straight to where u put your belonging in tray to get X-rayed. Excellent would purchase again for future flights.”
“Good response when I finally got through to customer care ...who were very helpful the only negative was flying from Barcelona to Dublin yest we had to wait for stairs. Not good enough for tourists coming into Ireland onward travelling. And I flew Stansted to Santiago de Compostella a few weeks ago and the same experience we had to wait on board while another flight disembarked very unfair”
