“I ordered three pairs of boots and I absolutely love them. Two pairs were a bit small but the exchange process was handled so well and it was done very quickly. The boots arrived ahead of time and they are stunning boots!”

“Good quality and lovely dark navy. Doesn’t come as large as other Ryedale cloths though. Zip a little bit sticky but may just be a one off with this item. Still recommend though!”

“Lovely quality but wrong order delivered twice - kept one in the end as I liked the quality and price! Disappointed as I had to pay£2.99 to send back when it wasn’t my fault but overall pretty good service considering Staff working from home. Also I paid extra for faster delivery for second order but it didn’t arrive any quicker than 1st delivery at cheaper option - just saying!”

“Happy to receive an order delivered promptly. But neither items fitted so had to return. The shoes for me l could not get on as to tight, quality nice . Would suggest that a narrow fitting should be stated against them. Also waiting to receive refund.”
