“Package had been badly packed and was open both ends. Lucky contents were still inside. I complained to customer services, but nobody bothered to get back to me. Not impressed!”

“Really comfy boots but the internal lining has ripped inside already and it’s shredding my socks. Long outdoor socks aren’t cheap so I think best to steer clear of these boots unfortunately.”

“Two shirts ordered, same style and size. Different colours. Both labelled size 12 but navy shirt was about 6 inches smaller than the pink shirt and was far too small so had to be returned.”

“The boots looked nice but we’re far too small , so That I couldn’t get my foot into them, I am a standard size but they are clearly not, You also use Evri who despite the fact we have a long drive decided to leave them in my recycling box outside in the road when it was pouring with rain , luckily the bag was plastic but they were sat in a pool of water, I am still waiting for my refund 7 days later”

“The jacket i ordered was a 16 i am a 14 but I always size up with coats this coat was very tight on arms and wouldn't meet in the middle by about 2 inches i can only deduct that it has been labelled wrong and I sent back over 10 days ago and still haven't heard from rydale or had a refund”

“This is the second pair of boots in 2 months that I’ve had to return due to them being the wrong size in the box. The first pair I received were an odd size. One boot was a 3 the other a 6!! I then chose another style and ordered them again in a size 3. The pair that arrived were a size 7!! Obviously no one bothers to check them in the boxes before they are posted out. I was then left very disappointed as by the time I had received the wrong pair and tried to reorder them they were sold out. Total waste of my time having to fill out/print returns labels and take them to my local Dpd shop (15min drive away) just because someone in the warehouse can’t be bothered to check the stock and order properly.”

“Unfortunately I have not received my order as yet. The first time order was placed it was deemed as lost with courier which I know is not Rydale fault. I then contacted Rydale to advise I had not received my order and they reissued my items again. I asked if I could have it delivered by Royal Mail not Evri but was told Evri was only carrier used in Northern Ireland. It is 4 days since second order was dispatched and as yet I have not received it. Unfortunately my order is Christmas presents which I don’t think I will have for Christmas Day.”

“The delivery never turned up even after paying for next day delivery so I chased them and they said we will send you another order which they did…….. the first day I wore the boots they broke! I used to be a big fan on Rydale not anymore it’s rubbish quality and they use Evri as there delivery company 😬”

“Not very good. When I returned the boots it took five days for them to acknowledge receipt. We are now on day eight and no sign of my refund. I have used much better online retailers. I also emailed them twice with no response from them.”

“After wearing your Huggate waistcoat size XXL for sometimes , I simply ordered the new waistcoat in the same size. Sadly and disappointingly, I found the new waistcoat extremely tight where the tweed joins the fleece. Consequently, I am returning the item with a view to ordering a larger size as the quality of the garment is very good.”
