“I have had my Rydale polo shirts for about 3 years now and wanted some new. I ordered some of this seasons polo shirts in the same size as the Rydale polo shirts I’m still wearing and the sizing is completely different. Why are you producing them longer in the body and smaller around the bust? I had to return them all and shop elsewhere.”

“I specifically wanted to buy British, or at least European , the Rydale website does give the impression it sells British goods. So I was so disappointed to see the usual 'Made in China' label.”

“Excellent delivery time, and price however these boots are too tight around the calf, I’m a uk size 12 and Despite buying a size up from my usual shoe size they were still far too tight on the calf. God forbid anyone Who's over a size 12 attempts to buy them. They’re really quite uncomfortable.”

“Placed my order on 3rd April - now 26th and no sign of items! I totally understand we are experiencing delays at the minute due to Coronavirus so possibly DHL are under pressure . I’ve ordered several other items since then and got them no bother ! However - it’s not priority atm and haven’t had any issues with previous orders from Rydale. Hopefully won’t be long nie 😉”

“Lovely boots, did have to return to get a smaller size which took nearly 2 weeks for it to get refunded before I reordered the smaller size. I wouldn’t pay the extra for the faster delivery as that took 5 working days instead of 2.”
