Good fast delivery service but sizing of mens' moleskin trousers purchased was way out. Have previously bought size 34" at shows but these were huge. Returns service too expensive and too much hassle so gave them to my son-in-law. Disappointed and still trouserless!

The product arrived on time but unfortunately it was too small. After several attempted to request a return slot I ended up doing it manually. It cost me £8.99 to return my goods although your website states £2.99 for second class return. I emailed you but have had no response. That was over a week ago. After sales service poor. I have bought many Rydale goods from game fairs so disappointed with your lack of response.

The leather boots I bought should not have passed quality control - the leather had a large stain on it and looked as though someone had tried to scrub it away. Trying to organise a return was Unbelieveably difficult - and took at least a week to organise as the online system was down - even one of your customer case team told me the system was useless.

I found the sizing was off. The crop jeans are very short from the crutch to the waist where as the jeans were too baggy around the crutch to waist. I will unfortunately be sending my order back. :(

While the quality of the shoes are good, the service was very poor. Having paid for next day delivery it took more than a week to arrive and the packaging was very battered and the box taped together and had been seriously bashed.

I purchased the jacket on line , only to receive an email the next day to say it was sold out. Really disappointed as I buy from Rydale frequently at agricultural shows. I did get a refund very speedily.

Unfortunately the wax coat I ordered was faulty - the lining in one sleeve being twisted stopping my arm from being able to exit the sleeve. I paid for return postage at £2.99 and under the circumstances would have expected a postal refund. I would very much like to reorder the coat but am worried about the company's Quality Control. The 2 hats I ordered at the same time however were excellent and great value for money.

I was somehow expecting a pair of shoes made in England since the whole Rydale's web suggest's that they support local manufacture and the like, but this pair is MADE IN INDIA. Have not returned them because of the high shipping costs. Quality seems OK, but not a bargain for a pair of shoes crafted in the 3rd world.

Regrettably I will be returning this Gillet, as I don't like the shine effect of the fleece. Otherwise its a nice Gillet

Love the products, this is my second recent order, however very disappointed with after service, one of my items was delivered in the wrong size, I tried to call but was unable to speak to anyone, I emailed to say can you please send me my item in the correct size but have not yet received any response, so I would appreciate if someone can respond

The delivery date passed with no parcel . I had an email to say parcel tracking was not accurate as parcels may not be scanned at each stage so not unduly worried. One week later I rang customer services who said the parcel had been lost in transit and resent it. If I hadn’t phoned I would still be waiting. Still waiting for the parcel to arrive though

I ordered a top from this company and received a confirmatory email. After waiting some time for the top to be delivered , I received an email from them saying that it was out of stock. When I looked again on the website it was still for sale. However it was a mistake and the top really was out of stock Very disappointing.

Bought these wellies for my husband and they did arrived on time but they smell horribly cheap and the quality is poor as well. Also they still had a price tag on them which was cheaper than what I had to pay for them. Won't recommend this to my friends or family.

This is the second fleece I've bought from you. First first great but second fleece has tight fitting sleeves. Was hoping they'd stretch but still tight. A bit annoying as I was hoping they'd both be consistent quality.

One of the shirts I purchased has a fault on the sleeve. The fault has a biro circle around it. I did not notice until I was going to wash it. I had removed all packaging and disposed of them along with the invoice. Thinking they were perfect. One was and the other had this fault. I have emailed you on three occasions and had no response at all.

I have had my Rydale polo shirts for about 3 years now and wanted some new. I ordered some of this seasons polo shirts in the same size as the Rydale polo shirts I’m still wearing and the sizing is completely different. Why are you producing them longer in the body and smaller around the bust? I had to return them all and shop elsewhere.
