“The style looks great, however there were holes in the pocket seams. I’m not sure if this is a reflection of the quality or just a genuine fault.”

“Really wanted to like these, but they were so hard and I know they would have rubbed on my heel and top of foot where it bends from the first try on. If they would have been a softer leather then I would have maybe kept them”

“Love rydale in general and own lots of items already. I wanted this wax style gilet for a long time and brought it as soon as it came back in stock. However when trying on I felt it was too square and boxy and not fitted enough. I also felt the material was cheap. Sadly will be returning shortly.”

“Rydale was fine, the products were great. Just not very happy with the delivery driver & where they left my parcel. There was no need for them not to have left it by my front gate or knocked on the door.”

“I like the coat, however the sleeves are much too small, as is the hood, despite ordering a size larger than I would normally wear. So all in all I was disappointed.”

“Lovely suede tassel loafers. Unfortunately size 8 (my usual size) were absolutely huge on me both length and width-wise so I had to return them. A great shame as the four pairs of size 8 boots I've bought from Rydale in recent years have all fitted perfectly.”

“I have bought shirts from Rydale before, and have always found the sizing perfect. But recently they have changed, and the sleeves seem to be much longer. The size guide on the website says 47cm, but I measured the sleeves and they are 51cm. I have therefore returned them. This is very disappointing, and I am sorry that I will not to be able to buy their shirts again.”

“Boots are poor quality soles are thin can feel stones through them certainly not worth the money, have had better and cheaper. Considering returning as down deem them fit for purpose.”

“Bought the white pjs with grey labs. Love the design, which is why its such a shame that as soon as I unpacked it I could tell its see through. Giving as the intended xmas gift still in hopes the recipient won't mind too much, but slightly disappointing. Also a shame that it clearly went through the wars in transit and arrived a bit disheveled but pjs not damaged.”

“Measured dogs, ordered size recommended and both are way to small. The chest size and leg holes are awfully small and one of my springers has pencil thin legs. Overall sizing seems off. The quality is beautiful and love the design of zipping up the back. One springer has spinal issues and this has been the only company that I've found does the back zip.”

“I wouldn’t recommend the short wellies, the left boot leaks. I’ve not worn them much and to get wet feet from boots after a few wears is very disappointing. I won’t buy any more products from Rydale sorry.”
