“Quite disappointed in this coat. I bought it to replace my old rydale wax jacket that served me for 7 years before needing a repair. This new one’s right sleeve lining is poorly made, so the inside pokes out whenever you wear it. After 3 week’s wear the thread on one of the pockets has come loose as well. The quality has definitely gone down”

“Got three pair socks on the 24th October. Put a pair on they are lovely and cosy washed them by hand them discovered hole near the top. So disappointed as they are not cheap. Did phone today and complain and put photo through to them but not heard nothing since”

“Garment fine but your quality control needs some attention - stitching on one of the pockets was part unravelled when removed from the packaging. Must have been obvious to anyone packing!”

“I purchased 4 items on line through their website, to be fair the delivery was to the ROI, i had paid for the delivery but nothing arrived. When i called the company ( 3 times ) to enquire how the order was getting on i got the same answer that they will contact the courier and come back to me . They never did. I then received a mail to say that the items were being returned to Rydale and that id have a refund to my account. I called the company to enquire what went wrong and like before the same answer, we will contact the courier to see what happened, Still waiting on an update.”

“Product was just what I wanted but there are some manufacturing faults - mostly poor stitching including left hand warmer pocket being stitched to the outside gusset pocket so you can’t get a hand in fully. QC checks need improving. Returned for a replacement.”

“Have always been pleased with Rydale clothes in the past but the quilted jacket was a false economy. Quilted stitching started to come undone on 2nd wearing and I wouldn't recommend it to others.”
