“Tee shirts are thin, cheap looking and I guess might last two washes. Shame really, in contrast the shirts are amazing!”

“The boots look great but despite fitting they are very uncomfortable to walk in - the opposite of country wear. They have no bounce and therefore leave my legs tired and the soles of my feet sore. Such a shame because they do look great but are not really fit for purpose.”

“The key ring was rusty/tarnished, the stitching was not straight at all, the imprint of the logo into the leather was very feint and it was dusty in the packaging it came in. And it won’t let me upload a photo of it to this review for some reason.”

“Rydale sent me the wrong size, then refused to send me the size I actually ordered until I sent them the wrong item and proof of postage. As soon as I did this, the item was no longer in stock and they refused to hold my money and send me a new one when the item I actually ordered was back in stock. They said this isn't something they could do. Anyway, less than 24 hours later and the £18 dog code in question has been put up in price by £2 and is now magically back in stock.... Disgusting customer service”

“Dog coat buckle completely unfit for purpose. Poor design, cheap and doesn’t buckle as it’s meant to. It be ended up just tying to the loop which looks already like it will tear. How this passed any quality control is beyond me. Avoid this wax dog coat it fails on every level.”

“Very disappointed with my Lady Gransmoor wellingtons. I loved my first pair and although I ordered the same size as before the new pair are noticeably tighter around the calves therefore not able to pull the zip up fully or attach the popper strap. Have paid £89 for boots I cannot wear!”

“The collar arrived looking beautiful. But after 1 day of wear, it had loose threads sticking out all over the place. I applied a fabric glue to the back of the collar to secure the threads, and snipped off the ones that had broken free. After 1 more day's wear, even more threads had escaped! So 2 days after receiving it, it looks like it's been dragged through a hedge backwards whilst being the rope in a game of 'tug 'o' war' between a pack of puppies. Very disappointing. (this site won't allow me to upload photos so I will email them.)”

“Ordered a belt but sent the wrong colour. Rang them and they said they would send the right colour by express. When it arrived it was the wrong colour again and not by express.”
