Still waiting deliver of items ordered 12 days ago. Messaged customer services to be given an AI generated reply telling me the tracking number and that it was out with a courier.... which I already knew.

I am very sorry but it still hasn’t turned up I was really looking forward to the shirts. I think you may need to look at another courier as they have said it has been delivered I am very sorry as may not order anything from you again.

I have not received my order!-hermes said attempted delivery 12th December but I was in and there was definitely no delivery-will contact on Monday if received nothing

I never received my order! I’ve called and sent emails and even spoke with someone at your company and they said that they would check on it but I still don’t have my order.

I haven't recieved my order. I placed it nearly 2 weeks ago. I have tried calling but no one ever answers the phone. I have sent a message via the "contact us" and recieved an AI response which was of no help.

Returned the boots a week ago as they were a poor fit and have had no communication since, or any mention of a refund! Poor customer service...

Never received the item. Got lost with Evri...shock! Eventually after dealing with a robot, a human realised there was a problem and cancelled the order but only after I'd spent more time than I could be bothered with chasing it up. Until Rydale stop using Evri then I wouldn't even bother because there is a high probability your item will get lost or stolen then you're spending hours chasing it up.

C'est identique à la photo mais çà ne tiens pas chaud donc aucun intérêt It looks exactly like the photo, but it doesn't keep you warm, so it's pointless.

Slow delivery and refund. It is now 12 days since they received returned goods and still no refund. They do not respond to emails. Would not recommend this company.

Ordered boots over 2 weeks ago and no goods arrived yet . Took the Payment 5 times totalling £540 and no refund yet despite several emails and attempts to call them … very disappointing as I have used them in past with no issues. My bank now investigating. This has been a stressful experience

I ordered a lovely pair of the Ladies Tall Leather Country Boots - Haworth. I was very pleased with the quality and look of them but unfortunately when arrived had a fault with a popper incorrectly positioned on one of them. This made it extremely difficult to fasten and they kept popping open. The service was very good and after sending photos of the fault they were quickly exchanged. I was very happy to receive a replacement but unfortunately this pair also had a fault but this time one of the poppers had sheared off so they wouldn't fasten. I again contacted customer services and sent photos to show the fault. This time the service was terrible. I was both disappointed and shocked that a company with a good reputation asked if I had the spare popper (which I had already explained and shown in photos that it was broken) expected me to take them to a cobblers to repair or by my own tool to repair them myself for a partial refund! I explained that I was not happy that I should be expected to do this and that I would prefer an exchange again and that if the third pair also I had a fault I would like a full refund. My reply to this was to supply me with returns label for a full refund with no apology or explanation as to why I wasn't offered another exchange. I was very taken with the boots and hoped that the third pair would be fault free so am extremely disappointed and feel that my issue was not taken seriously, that I was at fault and dismissed. I am currently looking for some boots elsewhere and will not use Rydale again and certainly not recommend them to anyone. Very disappointing

Nothing received. Limited communication, neither from shipping service (GLS) nor from Rydale (AI). Bad service! Unhappy. I want my money back.

The elastic on the boots I bought came undone after one wear. I sent photos to customer service but was told this was the nature of the elastic and wear and tear! I replied reiterating I had only worn them for half an hour but have had no response.

Lovely coat which I am very pleased with but the zip is a poor design because it is really hard and fiddly to do up.

Ordered a size 8 brogue market boot, the 3rd pair I’ve ordered, previous 2 pairs have been excellent however this time I struggled to get the left boot on and the left boot was extremely tight and uncomfortable even when sitting down, clearly both boots are marked size 8. Tried to return however the order number was apparently on an email which I deleted, extremely dissatisfied
