“We still not have received our order items (black Friday Sale ladies' blue Wellington boots an a man's outdoor waistcoat. I drew your attention to this issue and you responded that they would be re-sent. That was weeks ago and regrettably we've received nothing which is a shame as we normally receive excellent items from Rydale with no problem but not this time it seems.”

“So we ordered a gift for a birthday present. They only tried to deliver it once once it’s a brand-new estate and I did put it in the notes and it updated it on evri and now it’s been returned to yourselves and I’ve now got no birthday present and without a gift not great!”

“Beautifully made boots but the legs don’t work I have swollen ankles but a normal size calf The calf was enormous but I couldn’t do the zip up past the ankles. Sorry for only one star as they are very well made boots”

“Dreadful customer service. I returned my order and had to chase up my refund. Got an email explaining how their returns department were valiantly trying to deal with the mountain of returns they receive. It was worded as though I should be grateful! Utterly bizarre and still no refund received weeks later.”
