“Very easy to order, items sent out on time and beautiful products. However, I have since discovered that I was charged twice by Rydale. I have messaged Rydake twice now but zero response so poor customer service. A real shame as great products but not managed very well. I will have to write a letter now as online contact doesn't work”

“last year ordered wax gilet, got a wax jacket...returned it.re-ordered a wax gilet....got a wax jacket again...kept it to replace existing one for work instead of return it....gave it to my mother eventually. This year for autumn ordered a wax gilet...you guessed it...got a wax jacket. Nice jacket , nice jumper with order too......but they gotta stop marrying their cousins up that way, they are seriously bad at warehouse stock management lol.”

“Your 52 chest men’s short sleeve shirts are more like 56 or 58, they are absolutely huge, so I returned all 4 shirts, an hour after receiving them, and did not take a chance re ordering the next size down, as your size guide is a bit like a guessing game.”

“Waited veey near 2 weeks on the order and it still didn't arrive so had to get a refund. Rydale didnt put a house number on the order only the street name so Evri couldnt deliver the parcel. Ridiculous!!”
