“I placed my order 19th November. Received an email on 20th to say despatched and delivery should be 2-3 days. 29th November i called into my branch and they still haven't received it. Duty supervisor was rude to me when I called to check. Now you send me an email asking me if I'm happy with my order which I haven't even received!”

“The sizing is poor. I order size 7 wellies from all kinds of companies as I use them a lot and I can't event start to get my feet into them. They are meant to be 'neoprene lined' for warmth and there is the thinnest layer of neoprene I have ever seen - I struggled to identify it.”

“I purchased a padded shirt, the second popper was not attached, sent it back. Purchased a second one, some fault. Asked if fault had been and further shirts were ok, no reply. Not happy at all so will not attempt to purchase again!”

“11 days and no breeks. Pretty hard to give a review on something you don't have! Tracking shows they left Illinois on the 2nd and nothing since. So, where are the breeks?”

“Waited a very long time to get my order even after paying for express delivery and on the phone to them at least 3 times. Happy with jacket but wouldn't shop again with company as stated delivery was horrendous. Nothing to do with courier service, Rydale hadn't sent out jacket.”

“Quality service control need to address issues. In my opinion, the boots had probably already been returned to Rydale by a previous customer. The condition was dreadful, marks in the leather, tassel broken and loose in the box, the protective wrapping paper was ripped where they had obviously not been re-packaged carefully. And lastly, the box had very strange stains on the inside! When questioned, customer services stated that all boxes were checked before despatch although quickly agreed upon receipt of photos I sent. Took delivery late pm on the 15th Oct, returned via royal mail on the 16th Oct, receipt acknowledged by Rydale on the 22nd Oct.....Still awaiting refund.”
