“Sizing wasn't as described and to swap size you have to send back and re-order....”

“I ordered a size 16 and it was enormous on arm length and around the bust - with so many inches to spare, so then ordered a 14 and it is too tight around the bust .... how can two sizes vary so much. I was going to send the 16 back and now have decided to keep the 14 as I would prefer it to be a bit too tight than having an enormous piece of cloth around me. The cotton is not very good quality and very rough, itchy. I'm only wearing this for a gundog competition and it will probably be the last time I wear it - hugely disappointed with the product.”

“Everything! I ordered a size 10 coat,received a 16! Contacted for an exchange along with some trousers that did not fit. I confirmed my order had been sent back and was told my correct order would be sent on Monday. By Thursday I received an email to say the jeans were no longer available, so I confirmed I would still like the coat but a refund for the jeans. By Friday my whole order has been refunded. Totally not what I'd asked for. Beyond infuriating.”

“Awful experience. I ordered 2 weeks ago and am yet to receive anything. No answer from customer services on the phone and online responses are from AI, I received a tracking notification only when emailing customer services, which showed that the order wasn’t handed to the courier until a week after the order was placed. A further week on the tracking says that the order is en route back to the sender despite never making it past the sorting office. The item was a gift and is yet to be seen. Awful awful awful.”

“I ordered two shirts, both 4X size. When delivered one was the wrong size. When I returned I had to do so at my own expense and i also ha d to pay p&p for the correct size replacement order. Very poor service. I won't be ordering from Rydale again.”
