“Your 52 chest men’s short sleeve shirts are more like 56 or 58, they are absolutely huge, so I returned all 4 shirts, an hour after receiving them, and did not take a chance re ordering the next size down, as your size guide is a bit like a guessing game.”

“Waited veey near 2 weeks on the order and it still didn't arrive so had to get a refund. Rydale didnt put a house number on the order only the street name so Evri couldnt deliver the parcel. Ridiculous!!”

“I ordered a size 16 and it was enormous on arm length and around the bust - with so many inches to spare, so then ordered a 14 and it is too tight around the bust .... how can two sizes vary so much. I was going to send the 16 back and now have decided to keep the 14 as I would prefer it to be a bit too tight than having an enormous piece of cloth around me. The cotton is not very good quality and very rough, itchy. I'm only wearing this for a gundog competition and it will probably be the last time I wear it - hugely disappointed with the product.”

“Everything! I ordered a size 10 coat,received a 16! Contacted for an exchange along with some trousers that did not fit. I confirmed my order had been sent back and was told my correct order would be sent on Monday. By Thursday I received an email to say the jeans were no longer available, so I confirmed I would still like the coat but a refund for the jeans. By Friday my whole order has been refunded. Totally not what I'd asked for. Beyond infuriating.”
