I love this shop made my first order and loved it, made another one 2 weeks ago and still has not been delivered to me

I would leave half a star if i could. Point 1 - boots not fit for purpose, purchased the boots and had a half hour fitting process whereby we were duped in to buying the shoes as "reliable and long lasting" and even bought the paired socks. These left awful blisters after just 20 minutes of walking on my partners ankles which are now left with a scar. Point 2 - customer service is terrible, submitted a response to have to wait for over a month with no response - reassured i would get one and ultimately had to call twice to be told that we were at fault because they dont fit. We spent 30 minutes getting fitted by your members of staff so i would strongly disagree with this statement. Point 3 - Poor glue, sharp joins and poor materials. Don't buy unless you want your feet to look like this, i will be posting this on all platforms until acknowledgment of design fault and not fit for purpose. Save yourself time and just go ahead and buy a much better boot like a Fairfax and Favour pair.

I bought tweed / leather satchel which looked great on the photos but on receiving it and barely opening the wrapping around the bag I realised that it was not what I thought I had purchased. The ‘leather’ decorations were not but a faux leather type plastic. I checked the description and it clearly stated that it had leather trims. Very disappointing and not worth the sale money I paid for it hence it was returned.

Absolutely useless company!!! Been waiting 2 weeks for a coat which has been lost in transit. Then item out of stock and now no response. AVOID

Do not buy shirts from this company. As you will see from many other posts, they do not reply to complaints. I have had two faulty shirts recently ( sleeve lengths 5 – 6 cms too long; longer than stated on the size chart) and all customer service said was reorder. I did and the new shirts were exactly the same. I then wrote a letter to the Managing Director simply asking if there was a problem with some batches from their Bangladeshi supplier. I have had no response, so obviously they don’t care about their customers and their supposed Quality Control is non existent.

I would never use this company again , items not as described and when you ring through to customer service the woman on the phone talks over you and doesn’t want to listen to the problem , I then emailed the company to complain and have had no response, that says it all .

I purchased a pair of Lady Gransmoor ii wellies for the princely sum of £74.99 - As I spent over £60 this qualified for free delivery. To my absolute surprise I received said boots but with a £65.00 price label on them! On contacting Rydale Clothing questioning this I was advised by their customer service advisor "Our garments have price labels on that they are sold at in our stores and at shows, when selling online we have to cover the cost of the listing fee's and postage, this is why the price is slightly increased" 1. "Slightly increased" equates to almost a 15% increase (hardly slight) 2. Their web page states that there is free postage over a £60.00 expenditure - I can't quite work that out when they have already charged me £74.99 instead of the £65.00 that my boots were labelled for. 3. This company has freely admitted to me that they are operating a dual pricing operation, however nowhere on their website explains this. I wrote them a review on their website submission form detailing all of the above but I very much doubt that they will be honest or transparent enough to publish it..... Be warned and purchase from them at your peril!!!

Shopping with these monkeys was the worst customer experience that I ever had. The product was absolutely dreadful cheap Guangzhou rubbish. A country shooting jacket that actually felt more like a flip flop. But just wait until you actually try to return an item..... they actually charge you for the privilege of sending them their rubbish back! Amazing... I then called them to complain and some haughty young lady with a dreadful Yorkshire accent just quoted T&C's at me and then hung up. I have never actually experienced anything like it.

I ordered a hat, the size of the hat was smaller than what the website stated in its size guide. I went through the returns process, and was almost angry to discover that I had to pay £3 postage to return it (on top of the delivery postage). Not happy at all with this

The service was fine in terms of time. The delivery was prompt and it was packaged well. Unfortunately it arrived and was sent back within half an hour. The garment was totally ridiculously sized. I ordered and XL which it was in the body but more like what you would expect on xxl. The sleeves where extremely short where they ride up near my elbows when I stretched. I was really disappointed in the jacket I realise it's not a custom fit but the sizing is very poor. I wasnt particularly happy that all this has cost me nearly £10 for the delivery and the return cost. Very poor and very disappointing. Not sure I would risk it again which is a shame as i loke the look of some other products.

when ordering everything nice and easy smooth running.when you want to return something your system is rubbish trying to return a item 3 phone calls later and still no further yours frustrated

I would never order again from Rydale because of the returns policy. I had to pay £2.99 to return an item that didn't fit. Another inconvenience was that I had to print off my own returns label (I didn't have a printer) then take it to a post office. By comparison Next (for instance) allows you to book a return on their website then a courier collects it the next day. Equally easy with other retailers.

The quality of the Men's Pyjamas I ordered is fantastic,they're lovely. However the sizing is so off. I ordered a medium. The trousers were more like a Large and the top like a Small! So disappointed as they're lovely

If you could give 0 stars then I would! I ordered two items of clothing for Father’s Day on the 12th of June, on the 16th of June I had an email to say my items were delayed and would be with me for the 18th and then on the 18th I had an email to say that they had not even been shipped. But my money had still come out of my account! Complete waste of time and I had to go and buy something else for Father’s Day.
