“Abysmal experience and major hassle. Evri still haven’t delivered after (claimed) multiple attempts. They either keep going to wrong place or there’s a scam here somewhere. I have given phone number etc to no avail. I never buy from a supplier if I know they use Evri.”

“Not true to size and very slim fit. Also when returning I couldn't expand the label so the post office could not scan it and just put it in for posting a few days ago. Hope it gets there.”

“Consistency of sizing and manufacturing quality seems to have drifted since I bought my last batch of identically sized and specified Rydale shirts. Ended up paying to have the arms shortened in order for them to be ready in time for a forthcoming trip to Norway.”

“Disappointing, the rugby shirt is made from a mid weight " stretchy " material. The rugby shirts that I currently have are made from heavy weight non stretch cotton , I was expecting similar.”

“I returned my items. I wasn't used to your sizing and the items I ordered was small on me, as well as not suitable for my figure type. More curvy female than unisex type straight cut. Other than that the quality was good.”

“Loved the boots but unfortunately on the very first wear, the zip on both boots became caught in my thin tights. We had to cut the tights off to release me from the boots and unpick the tights from the zippers. On further inspection of the boots it appears the zipper shield only went 3/4 up the leg of the boots, which is a shame and appears to have caused the problem. The boots seem to be good quality so I am very surprised that the zipper shield doesn't go the whole length of the boot leg. It makes me feel wary about wearing them again as it took an hour and the tights ruined to get out if them....”

“I like the look but the sizing is a bit snug. Normally I am a medium 14 to 16. This gilet is marked 16/XL. I find this puts me off placing other orders. Disappointed. Hence 3 stars”

“Good service and a quality hat at reasonable price, my only disappointment with my purchase is the style, the hat doesn’t suit me as the brim is very wide & floppy not shaped to keep its appearance to such an extent that it is not used & I have purchased another hat to replace it.”

“Very tight to get on, comfy once they’re on but I had to make a small slit in the back of the heel, fortunately jeans cover it, certainly not a normal 40 but having worn them indoors couldn’t return”

“Lovely products, but unfortunately sizes are small. I usually get away with an 18 easily, I ordered size 20 so they were loose. However I couldn’t wear them out at present as fit where they touch!! All the joys of being large busted!!”
