“Ladies Lisset Insulated Neoprene Lined Wellington Boots I was so happy receiving these boots about 3 weeks, comfortable, warm, just fab! But unfortunately the back of heels inside boots have warn already leaving me blisters and I have to wear plasters everyday in them now 🥲”

“The collar is beautiful but the metal ring at the front for the lead to go threw is too small so I can't use it for walking my dog”

“A great coat, the only downside is the lining! When you put your arms in the sleeves, it is almost like there is too much lining and it’s a battle to get your arms in without rucking it all up. It’s the same down at the bottom when you walk, it tends to catch on your legs.”

“Lovely looking boot but the sizing was wrong. I've had other brands of country boots in a size 9 that fit perfectly, but Rydales were too small - tight all over the foot. As a positive, returning the boots was simple & the customer service was spot on.”

“love the sweater but didn,t like the logo on the front or the navy blue velvet strip on the back of the neck. I felt the dark colour on the pale pink sweater is bound to run into the sweater when washed . I sent it back on the 29th January but haven,t heard anything since . No refund so far.”

“Some good quality items worth buying. Think there has been a mix up as some items don't appear to be the colour I ordered. Not impressed by the lightweight scarves on sale as print on them appears to be rubbing off after just 1 wear. Haven't had chance yet to look at all the items but did try on a jumper and glad I sized up as it fits nicely. Colours and weight are also very nice and are well packaged.”

“Few things could be approved Larger hood,with longer cord as difficult to tie Poppers very hard to pop open Could do with bottom popper being further up or an extra popper added,as coat gaps”

“Disappointed that the sides and collar of the silver gilet are blue. Why not grey which would be a better match? I already had the green shiny gilet, and wanted another, choosing the silver rather than the blue glittery one. Disappointed when it arrived that it is unable to be my Christmas Glittery Top which is what I wanted it for.”

“The boots were wide enough on the leg, but due to having a high instep I couldn’t get my feet into them. I have returned them but have not yet been refunded. Delivery was super fast but the returns procedure has been difficult and slow.”

“Sadly due to having a high instep I couldn’t fit my feet in. Legs were lovely and wide but I just couldn’t get the angle to get my feet in. Returned the same day (9 days ago via DPD) but have heard nothing since, but probably slow on returns due to Christmas.”
