“Cheap and cheerful Well made Sizing fine if you have a small waist Bought some shirts 5 years ago that are still going , more generous shape in those days”

“Order of 3 items. 1 out of stock before delivery. 1 lovely polo shirt , and shoes that were too big so needed returning. You pay to return items. I would not have ordered just the polo top, which turned out more than I wanted to pay once 2 lots of postage was taken into account”

“I have always been happy with previous purchases from Rydale and thought them good value. My recent purchase of a quilted jacket seemed good; I have only worn it twice and the diamond shaped stitching in the back of the jacket has started to unravel. It wasn't expensive but I don't think that I would buy one again or recommend it to anyone else..”

“Hi Well given the situation in the country ref CV I suppose the lack of a timely reply to my previous e mails ref my order is understandable, however eventually the order arrived and I note with disappointment it nothing like the old fleece this new one is replacing in terms of quality and construction the new item is lightweight and thin not like the warm thick contraction heavy weight of my original, pity same money. “I bought these boots for my daughter for her birthday. She has had Rydale slim-fit boots before but sadly, these were not as slim as previous purchases and we are thinking they might have to go back!”

“Unfortunately the mens trousers I ordered were far too big and I had to send them back. They were good quality though. I am however still awaiting a refund from the beginning of December”

“I purchased a jacket. It came extremely quickly - well done re that aspect. The sizing was out in my opinion as a large was more like an XXL and I did view the sizing chart before order. I sent it back via the Parcels 2 Go suggestion by them but it cost me £5 to send it back after I followed the size/weight pricing guide on the website. I was then hit for extra charges as I was told I had under paid. Turned out it cost me £10 for something I don't have ☹️. Next time I will look to buy from online stores with free return. (Yeah ok schoolboy error but come on; its the world of online shopping)”

“The quality of the product is great but the customer service isn’t the best I emailed them asking about returning a product (as it was sent without a receipt or return form) if it was two big and that it was a birthday present and they never replied with an answer. So that was 150 pound wasted as the product is far to big and it has been more than 29 days now”

“my order was 2 for £20 when i received 1 was the wrong size i had to send both items back it would been a lot more simple to exchange the 1 which was the wrong size for the write one instead i had to reorder the items and claim a refund”

“Order was delivered promptly but sadly packaging was poor. The main box was made of fairly thin cardboard and the items contained inside were also poorly packaged. My Waistcoat wasn’t even wrapped in anything just laid in the box. A great shame because the items were lovely but because of this I probably won’t order again. I would like to know your responses.”
