“Item received on time. Unfortunately the size was too large and had to return. 5 days on after return delivery was made, I have yet to receive my refund or acknowledgment of receipt.”

“Really good quality products. Esspecially the shirts. Sizing chart was way off on the jackets I ordered though. Ended up having to return them. Biggest downside was the customer service, emailed twice for some assistance heard nothing back both times.”

“My order was delivered very quickly and i was pleased with my purchase, the shirts were priced at 2 for £20 online, however when i got my items there was a label on them both that said 2 for £18. I sent an email to bring this to someones attention but didn't get a reply”

“The polo shirts I have ordered are of great quality and love the designs, but compared to other products I have ordered from Rydale they are very tight. I have also had coats and sweatshirts in the same size which have fitted fine”

“Order of 3 items. 1 out of stock before delivery. 1 lovely polo shirt , and shoes that were too big so needed returning. You pay to return items. I would not have ordered just the polo top, which turned out more than I wanted to pay once 2 lots of postage was taken into account”

“I have always been happy with previous purchases from Rydale and thought them good value. My recent purchase of a quilted jacket seemed good; I have only worn it twice and the diamond shaped stitching in the back of the jacket has started to unravel. It wasn't expensive but I don't think that I would buy one again or recommend it to anyone else..”

“Hi Well given the situation in the country ref CV I suppose the lack of a timely reply to my previous e mails ref my order is understandable, however eventually the order arrived and I note with disappointment it nothing like the old fleece this new one is replacing in terms of quality and construction the new item is lightweight and thin not like the warm thick contraction heavy weight of my original, pity same money. “I purchased a jacket. It came extremely quickly - well done re that aspect. The sizing was out in my opinion as a large was more like an XXL and I did view the sizing chart before order. I sent it back via the Parcels 2 Go suggestion by them but it cost me £5 to send it back after I followed the size/weight pricing guide on the website. I was then hit for extra charges as I was told I had under paid. Turned out it cost me £10 for something I don't have ☹️. Next time I will look to buy from online stores with free return. (Yeah ok schoolboy error but come on; its the world of online shopping)”
