“The style was very nice and suited for the evented I needed the shirts for. Unfortunately despite both shirts being the same size, one was too big, the other was too tight over my chest.”

“Skirt I bought was fine . Had to sent first one back , clicked the wrong size. Problem getting a refund for skirt I sent back. Still waiting a month later, contact ignored ,so far.? Ahh!”

“These are fine for the price, still haven't managed to waterproof them. A bit wide in the feet, but comfy to wear and the calf width is as advertised - definitely a bonus.”

“I have paid for next day delivery on the 13th and item has still not arrived by the 17th. Was looking it for an event today so if it does arrive will probably have to send it back”

“Love the product, good quality however when I made my online purchase a refund was given to me because the item wasn’t in stock. I would have rather been contacted first before this happening. So then I re ordered another dog coat and asked if I could have a discount code to cover the delivery cost as I’d already paid one lot and don’t see why I should pay again when rydale fault. They said they would refund me the delivery charge. They never did after I emailed my order number. Hasn’t given me much faith in using rydale again even though I really like there products”

“Boot supports as advertised, really useful.Pleased with them BUT not delivery. Evri said they tried to deliver several times,( but someone here to receive them) they didn’t bother to come ,so arrived several days later, when convenient to them. EVRI useless.”

“The boots arrived promptly & looked good. Sadly I have a high instep which always gives me problems with pull on boots. I thought I’d get away with the wide leg, but couldn’t. So had to return.”

“Delivery took a while. But was kept informed. Jacket is lovely. Generous, warm and well made. The hoody feels lovely but is very tight around the bottom hem and is a struggle to get on, very uncomfortable for riding in which is a shame as is really warm.”

“The product arrived in a short space of time and fits well, which was good. I am not sure how long the item will last though as some of the stitching is not well finished off, which is disappionting for a British made product and why I am only giving this 3 stars at the moment”

“Happy to receive an order delivered promptly. But neither items fitted so had to return. The shoes for me l could not get on as to tight, quality nice . Would suggest that a narrow fitting should be stated against them. Also waiting to receive refund.”

“Ordered 3 hoodies/sweatshirts and 2 polo shirts. Polo shirts are very small fit & had an embroidery error on motif 'Pydale' Returned item 48 hrs & 6 days later I have had no notification of a refund.”
